Placed my order for £623 on 27th August, lost by DHL ( no surprise there) cult Beaty have no form of customer service support that can really help, no management no complaints operations. Customer support just keeps saying sorry and receive a new order in 3-5 days no dispatch information and today they don’t recognise my order number or details. Avoid this company .
Update
Parcel arrived today with 1 item in instead of 2 , asked for a return address due to not receiving my complete order and had enough want a total refund , still asking for return address they said my details did match. Total Shambles

Very disappointing customer service.
I have been trying to resolve an issue for several days, but the communication has been extremely frustrating. Every time I receive a reply, it seems to come from a different customer service agent, meaning I repeatedly have to explain the same situation from the beginning.
Despite multiple messages and clear explanations, the issue is still not resolved. Instead, I keep receiving repetitive or generic responses that do not actually address the problem.
For such a straightforward customer service issue, this has taken far too much time and effort. The lack of continuity between agents and the failure to actually resolve the problem are very disappointing.
This is not the level of customer service I would expect from Cult Beauty.

I bought a dpHUE Gloss 6.5 fl. oz. - Light Brown. I paid $70 with shipping and first time I used I lost st much a=hair. I asked them to return it but they sent label which is not prepaid. Then they ask I pay but should not be more than 15% of cost of good and they will refund. I am in Australia and shipping is minimum $35 to $50. So I had to wait on chat for hours to explain and they said I pay and they reund shipping afte they recive. It is like people are jobless. If you are sending expired product you must send the prepaid label too. It wasted my time for hours and I throw the product in bin at the end. If you are overseas do not buy from them

So much stress over the delivery and…
So much stress over the delivery and now they are going to send the parcel back and charge me 30% more!
Having been a Cult customer for many years, I decided to buy an expensive gift to cheer up my lovely niece, who has been doing her best with 2 newborns. I placed the order with a big smile on my face and quietly awaited a lovely message from her. Instead, all I got was a series of emails from DHL saying they had tried to deliver but no one home. They seemed to offer "change the delivery" but without any option to choose delivery time eg evening. They don't deliver at the weekend. No way to collect from a shop or depot! My niece works!!! A lot of people work. So I thought no problem, I will contact Cult and get them to either change the delivery address to her mum or, at worst, return the item and resend. One hour on the Cult chat with Sadia to finally be told there is nothing they could do and if the item was returned, the price would be refunded and I would need to place the order again. I reminded her that I had bought the item as part of a promotion, circa £334. I would have to pay the full list price of £465, but they could knock off £20! I just googles the product and the item is still showing on the internet at a reduced price, also with other sellers. I took a screenshot. This is not even about me. I just wanted to bring a little bit of pleasure, beauty and joy to my lovely niece, doing her utmost, with no complaining, to look after a 3 year old and a 10 month old baby, and even return to work full time as a teacher so she can pay the bills.
