ordered a saie glowy serum and the company upgraded me for free to next day delivery. came super quick, great delivery.

Why oh why do you send this out for your advent calendars? Nobody knows what’s in it yet-I don't even unpack it so curious eyes dont feel the need to pry before December 1. Please, send these review requests out on January 1, or even December 14th or so.
Going by last years contents it will be fabulous, this year there is perfume too, that will likely equal a very happy granddaughter. I am re-buying (something I rarely do) and would I encourage someone who loves beauty products and just generally spoiling themselves/others/wonderful, gorgeous, beautiful granddaughters to buy one, YES. You have a one star rating because my experience is frustrating with this ridiculous review request.

Would give 0 stars if I could, had a package that arrived with 2 missing items, which I was told I would be refunded on, so I said fine, refund was supposed to be in my account a few days ago, contacted them now they’re Investigating, surely you should be doing that before saying to a customer you will be refunding them. As well as Recieved a hair product that has been tampered with, used this product before, and looks like a tampered customer return, which has made me lose confidence in the whole order and has made me want to dispose it, team is apparently still carrying out an investigation, not sure how they think they’re making people feel, honestly feels like you have to beg for your money back, when they send you faulty and missing items. I just want my money back and will never be ordering from them again, just hope I don’t have to go back to my bank to get my money back.

Easy to order, great range of products and fast delivery.

Ordered four products from cult beauty. Arrived in the mail all damaged physically on the outside and with water seeping into the products. I contacted customer service and they could only offer me £10, after I spent £100 for the products. Soooo disappointing and won’t be purchasing from them again.

I have not recieved my order and when i emailed to advise this ive had an auto response to give feedback. I have paid and ordered 1st Sept

Placed an order off Cult Beauty for Frizz Free shampoo and conditioner. Had a lovely email welcoming me for my custom which was so nice.
Then another email to say it will be by next day delivery which was a nice surprise, I was kept well informed by email who will deliver the parcel.
When it arrived it was packaged extremely well.
This was my very first order with Cult Beauty and im very happy with them, a very concerned company that makes sure their customers are happy with they way your orders are handled and received.
I would definitely recommend them, and wouldn't hesitate to place orders again.

My order went to the wrong address and it shows as delivered it was not even my building, me and my partner had to take a whole day going to different neighbours to check where the parcel has gone
