This company is just awful.
When things are fine, they are fine. When things go wrong, you see that it’s just an absolute circus in their Customer Services department. They lie, waste your time, run you around in circles and just seem completely incompetent.

Extremely disappointing customer…
Extremely disappointing customer service. I have sent numerous messages and provided clear photos showing that the returned item was never opened or used, yet the company continues to claim otherwise. None of the evidence I have provided appears to be considered.
What makes this even more frustrating is that there is no proper customer service or escalation process. It is almost impossible to speak to anyone or have the matter reviewed by someone who can actually resolve it. You are simply left going back and forth with no meaningful support.
A very frustrating experience, especially when I have provided evidence to support my case.
