Good website, interesting and good merchandise on offer
Delivery was timely; the purchased goods were neatly packed and met my expectation, and I found a lovely sweet treat in the parcel
Because I did not want to miss the sale I had to concentrate on the goods on offer.
Only once I had received the parcel I realized I had missed to sign up on the discount/bonus program.
I wonder if I could do that arrears?

Definitely had a great experience both with the customer support and product satisfaction. I bought a set of products as a gift and the staff patiently solved all my questions, keep in mind that I was a customer residing abroad trying to get the package delivered inside the UK,so I requiered a lot of guidance.
