A very quick delivery of the initial order was excellent although the packaging was not. The Jiffy bag was not sealed very well and had ripped open as there was too much empty space, the bag should have been folded and taped to prevent this. Luckily all the items were still inside.

Sadly, the Lamy Dialog 3 pen was defective - when extended, the nib is 60+ degrees out of alignment with the clip. Despite trawling the internet I could not find any method of adjusting this. As the nib unit alignment is set at the factory I suspect that the nib unit has at some point been swapped from another pen.

After contacting the customer service team I returned the pen over a week ago and await a replacement or further contact.

I understand they are very busy and short-staffed so am being patient but may buy a replacement elsewhere and cancel this purchase

I wanted some refills for my space pen, I like a specific colour which is green. Got to admit didn’t realise the green I have has actually changed colour by the manufacturer to a lot lighter green. But I must say cult pens I will definitely order from again. The delivery was extremely fast, everything was packaged well and I love the extra bonus of some love hearts. Also what a brilliant idea to add a smiley face paperclip to the invoice. A company who cares. Thanks so much

This was my 2nd order from Cult Pens ,, I'm a huge fan of Faber Castell Polychromos pencils but they are not cheap,, i ordered some open stock pencils of my 120 set that needed replacements & they were packaged so well & all arrived in perfect condition that gave me the confidence to order the new set of 20 new colours,, these were a treat after having knee replacement & they cane in absolutely perfect condition again .
I've definitely found my new reliable pencil supplier & I will certainly check what other art supplies I can get from them as well.
Highly recommend using Cult Pens for all your loved & valuable pencils.
