Ordered a pair of sneaker for my boyfriend and was not expecting the delivery before the occasion but It was delivered before that as it was available for instant ship

Got my panda dunks from here, loved the product quality and unboxing experience with the authentication certificate. Just work on your delivery timings please.

Don't get scammed like me. Don't fall into their sale tactics. They sell fake products and won't offer a refund.
I ordered due to the shark tank hype. Received a fake pull over worth 8600rs.
Just imagine how many thousands they could easily trick.

I was facing an issue with the delivery, so I contacted customer support. They assisted in resolving it and the product was delivered.

I would not even give it a 1 star rating. It deserves a rating in minus , there are just making out money on the name of shark tank and supplying legit fake products to the people anf making them fool there is no certificate of authenticity and even the product that i received look like a fake lowest of all the first copy of the product even . Dont order anything from this site . There customer support system is zero . Everything they claim is fake . And its defined a fraud website and there should be a legal action against them.

They have the worst customer service, or are maybe just hiding a complete fraud under the gambit of poor customer service. They're selling inauthentic products claiming their own authentic checks and what not, whereas they are blatantly selling knockoffs at the price of original. Further, for a return of mine, the item has been sent back to them, but over a month has passed and no refund received.

The company is doing great in pricing and making customers happy with their service

It’s a Sacm guys , there is no customer care at all.
I ordered New balance 9060 from them , it’s more then a month today , and i have got no response/ update from them.

I would have given minus to this company bullshit fraud company i ordered shoes worth Rupees ₹16000 and made online payment and they sent empty box

Extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience. The product I received from Cultural Circle appeared to be counterfeit, despite carrying what looked like an authentic label. This was highly misleading and raised serious concerns about the legitimacy of the platform. Any retailer that cannot guarantee product authenticity should not be selling such items. I strongly warn others to be cautious before purchasing from Cultural Circle. Very bad experience — not recommended to anyone.

However, I would like to mention that I eventually received a full refund. A representative named Harshit from Cultural Circle support assisted me with the return and refund process. I appreciate his effort and support in resolving the issue

Sent me a different-sized sneaker and never exchanged it. They wasted months of my time saying they will exchange it. It's been 2 years and 8 months since this experience, and I've never received any exchange. or refund.

This is the last time i ever order from Culture Circle. The process from when my order was placed to when it was FINALLY delivered was almost 2 months!!!!

TERRIBLE AND UNRESPONSIVE CUSTOMER CARE CHANNELS. EMAIL, PHONE, INSTAGRAM DM - NOTHING WORKS AND NO ONE REPLIED.

Guys it’s a scam, I’ve written 20+ emails asking for a refund and I returned my damaged products to them almost a month back and these Minions told me that I will receive the refund within 5 days and guess what it’s been 10 days. I’ve filed a formal complaint against them and so should you guys. Shut this scam down ASAP

I got shoes for MRP 14500. They gave me a wrong size and I reached out within 5 hours of receiving them. They ignored my emails and whatsapp messages to intentionally cross the return window. Save yourself n avoid this brand.

Culture circle is a one way traffic company they take money and support is non existent they have no phone number to call or email to send .

They are just doing fraud with customers, no response, customer service 0, and they will give no response. I placed my order for 20k for new balance 2002r brown on 8th December 2025 and till now on 7th January there is no update on my order. Not shipped yet and no update on my order. They will not give response on WhatsApp & Instagram both.
