My order is 25112914385565 Product Jordan 1 Retro High 85 Varsity Red (UK8) on 29-11-2025 and Paid Rs 36798 through Credit Card but till date I had not received my order neither I got any proper response from any Customer Care. They are fraud who doesn't provide customer proper response.

DO NOT BUY, i repeat DO NOT BUY from these fraudsters. These people scam you and don't even reply you back. I haven't recieved my order since past 2 months and are not responding as well

I placed an order on Culture Circle after reading the product description on their website, but what I received was completely different. The material, finish, and overall quality did not match what was shown online. It felt misleading, and honestly, I knew right away that the product was not what I had paid for.

When I reached out to request a return, they simply refused to take it back. There was no willingness to accept their mistake or offer any solution. Once the order is delivered, they wash their hands off the issue. Please be very careful before ordering from Culture Circle, especially if you expect honest product descriptions or a fair return process.

Later, I was told that they do not have a return policy, even though the mistake was due to incorrect information on their website. They take your money, deliver a questionable product, and then leave you stuck with it. I have all the email communication saved. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this platform and instead shop from trusted sites like Tata Luxury, Ajio, Myntra, etc., where returns are actually possible. Save your hard money from this scammer

Its one of the biggest fraud website and I have no idea how are they still allowed to function.

I got the court royale from them and they were amazing. I would definitely like to buy from them again coz the sneakers were dope

I placed an order for ON Cloudeclipse, paid and confirmed first they show fake status progress on their app.
They informed today that the original ordered shoes isn't available, At that point, I asked for a cancellation and refund. Instead of processing the refund directly, the response I received was that the matter would be “reviewed” and that a callback would be scheduled in 24 to 72 hours. This happened even though the situation was already clear and confirmed in writing.

I’m sharing this so other customers are aware that even after payment, product availability may change, and refund requests may be slowed down by unnecessary callback processes. They are doing complete misbehaviour with their customers.

Pathetic After-Sales Service – Cultural O Circle

The after-sales service of Cultural O Circle is extremely disappointing. Even after initiating an exchange, the apparel has still not been dispatched. Despite repeated follow-ups, there has been no resolution.

Customer support keeps assuring that the issue will be resolved within 48 hours, but this same response has been repeated every two days with no action taken. There is absolutely no accountability or sense of responsibility towards the customer.

Calls and messages go unanswered, and there is zero transparency on order status. This reflects very poor business ethics and an unacceptable level of customer handling.

I strongly advise potential buyers to be cautious before placing any order with Cultural O Circle.

Never, ever buy anything from culture circle, I've bought a Nike Air jordan 1 low, at the time of opening the box I've made a full video, after that I saw yellowish inside the shoe, so I've submitted the video for exchange and they denied, they told at the time of unboxing video there is no yellowish in the shoe after that they told me they will provide me a cleaning tool kit but it never come.

i placed an order for two shoes on the 13th nov and paid them 45k .. as on date nothing has been shipped ... infact they have provided me fake tracking details.. its shocking how they are pulling this scam so easily and shark tank india promotes these kinda scammers

Culture Circle sold me TWO FAKE Kenzo T-shirts. Let me be very clear: these are COUNTERFEIT products. The neck logo, branding, and name tags are blatantly fake, and anyone familiar with authentic Kenzo can spot it instantly.

Now it makes perfect sense why they were pushing these items at 75% OFF — because they’re NOT ORIGINAL.

This is not a “quality issue” or “minor variation.” This is outright counterfeit selling, which is illegal and deceptive. Customers are being misled into believing they’re buying authentic luxury products when they are not.

To make matters worse, their customer support is a complete joke. There is no real support team, only a useless chatbot that dodges responsibility and provides zero resolution. Genuine concerns about fake products are simply ignored.

This company clearly knows what it’s doing and is hiding behind discounts and automation to avoid accountability.

If you value your money and don’t want to be cheated, stay far away from this platform. One of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve had.

The perfume i received is totally fake . I ordered versase dylan blue perfume The box and the wrapper that it came with was not like the original .the medusa logo was damaged and was tilted . The bottles neck versase logo was turned back and the font doesn’t look like the original. The inner box the original is in dark blue color what is have received from them is white in colour And mainly the perfume smells soo cheap . I have unboxing video and the images .

Do not engage with this brand, their services are delayed, prices are high, and customer service is a stupid AI. Its been more than 20 days I've placed an order, and I have to follow up multiple times to check where my order is. Do not trust the brand.

They pulled out an amazing scam. I have UK 8 SIZE and I have already one evo sl which fits fine. I ordered one from their website in black color as it wasn't available at the store. Turns out the UK 8 of their shoe doesn't fit me. also, the branding is off. It seems like the shoe is just freshly made and the glues are also visible. I have compared the shoe with original, there are so many design issues and also the size. also the shoe weight is more than orginal. They are selling fake shoes and there is no return possibility. They tell it is limited addition and take some money in advance which they donot return and further they don't provide any return. Pathetic customer service and a total scam. Never order from this website.

I had a terrible experience with Culture Circle. I placed an order but requested cancellation multiple times before the product was shipped, as I had seen many reviews online from other customers reporting that they received fake or poor-quality items. Despite my clear communication, the seller refused to cancel the order and shipped it anyway.

When the package arrived, I refused it at the doorstep, and it was returned to them through the courier. Even after informing them clearly and providing proof, the seller still refuses to issue a refund.

Their behaviour feels extremely shady and unprofessional. They do not listen to customers, ignore cancellation requests, and force shipments even when the buyer no longer wants the product. This is not how a legitimate or trustworthy business should operate.

I strongly advise others to be cautious and check reviews before ordering from this seller. I regret ordering from them.

i ordered air force 1 07 triple whites its been 30 days still not delivered, and the customer care does not pick my calls, they pick up they hear my voice and they cut the call, they say my order is cash on delivery and they have to put a tag on it so they cant deliver, all nonsense, they only know how to scam people

I had ordered Yeezy 350 V2 Salt UK 10.5. They kept on delaying my order. Despite repeatedly trying to call and contact them with multiple emails trails and phone calls, they never solved the issue. After 1 month of hardship and 20-30 calls, they offer me the shoes and asked they would cost 3-4k extra or they would cancel the order. There is no service, no one responsible. It is just a bunch of brats with daddy money trying to run a “business” with rich wannabe influencers with their plastic expressions and smart publicity and competitive rates that people fall prey to them.
Kindly avoid and order at the cost of your own personal peace!
