Donna was epic she fixed my order for me shout out Donna

Gabby was super helpful in updating my order address. I appreciate the quick response and the efficiency.

I made a mistake and wrote an Email, not sure if it could get fixed. I wrote the Email yesterday and today I got an answer from Donna, informing me of the try to change my Order. I ordered on accident a 3XL but wanted a 2XL. I waited the whole day and then just got the email that the order got successfully stopped AND I have my new order conformation with the right size.
I also got informed that they can't always complet request, so I am even happier that my request could get completed and that everything works out

Donna helped me so well. I was stressed about a shipping issue and she rectified it very quickly and effectively.

I had accidentally ordered a jacket in the wrong size and wanted to change it before it dispatched. On the day I placed my order, which was a Saturday,the culture kings AI helper said I wouldn’t be able to change the size. I decided to try my luck on Monday and call the customer service line, and Donna promptly assisted me by stopping my order from being processed and creating a new one for me. I really appreciate her for saving me the hassle of having to return the jacket and wait for a new one!

The customer service is amazing and I love the wide range of clothing brands. I had a slight issue with shipping but thanks to staff (gabby) it was resolved almost instantly. Would definitely recommend.

Although my original order was unfortunately lost in transit, I was extremely impressed with the level of customer service I received. The representative (Donna!) was professional, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. They clearly explained each step required to submit a claim, answered all of my questions, and made the replacement process simple and stress-free. Their prompt communication and willingness to assist turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a positive one. So While making the online order i made the mistake and choose the wrong size, however i email the team at culture kings about the issue and Donna from the team looked after my request and went above the par to help me out and got the size replaced. She gave the best customer service. Highly recommended
