Helped me refund at purchase almost instantly and Donna my assistant was very helpful.

Saying Drisana’s customer service was amazing is an understatement! She did everything possible to ensure i am able to receive my package within a timeframe that was promised & even with unforeseen circumstances time after time, she still followed up & never left me in the dark! Thank you so much & because of all your help i will be shopping again with culture kings. Had it not been for you, i would’ve cancelled my order and moved on. Thank you so much! A HUGE thank you to Donna for being absolutely amazing! I had accidentally ordered two medium hoodies when I actually needed one medium and one large, and although she explained that requests like this don’t always go through, she went above and beyond to help me and had everything sorted in less than 24 hours!

Donna was incredibly quick and helpful and made the entire experience completely stress-free. I’m genuinely so grateful for the effort she put into helping me, especially considering this type of request isn’t always possible.

I accidentally selected the wrong size for an item and didn’t notice until after I had purchased the order. I got in contact and the lovely Gabby helped me out and did what she could to fix it for me so I didn’t have to cancel the order and reorder as I was limited on time! She was incredibly helpful and efficient, her communication was excellent and her friendly attitude made the whole experience much better!

I placed an order for 4 shirts and accidentally selected 1 shirt the wrong size. I realized my mistake once I received my confirmation and emailed support to see if it could be corrected. Gabby promptly emailed me back 15min later letting me know she was able to correct my order before it was processed. I appreciate this company has employees like her that put customers first and strive to satisfy customers needs. I’ll 100% continue coming back just because of this experience 🙌👍. Thank you Gabby.
