We had the most amazing cruise on the…

We had the most amazing cruise on the splendid cunard queen victoria and the elegance of the interior of the ship 🚢 food was absolutely amazing and plentiful. Our stateroom 1084 on deck 1 was very nice and quiet and we had plenty of wardrobe space.

I love Cunard

I love Cunard. It’s elegant beautiful and unique . Even in Britannia grade it’s really good. We like princess grills if just me and my husband which we love. ❤️ but just done Britannia with family for my daughter 50 Th birthday. 🎂 enjoyed the experience as much as but some cruises only want upgraded level. Please keep your standards up.

Cunard is my favourite cruise line

Cunard is my favourite cruise line. I am in my early 60’s and love the sense of occasion that you experience on their ships. I have been on all the Queens with the exception of Anne, which we will be experiencing in December. I like the fact that the passengers dress up and really enjoy the gala evenings. I appreciate that this wouldn’t be for everyone, but there are plenty of cruises where there is no necessity to dress up. I hope Cunard keep this tradition.

The star of the seas. Cunard

When travelling with Cunard, you are assured of two things: that you will be treated like a King/Queen and that you will become a part of a different world, where style and elegance reign supreme, and good manners and dressing up for dinner are de rigeur. The experience will stay with you forever, and you will be coming back again and again.

We cruise regularly with Cunard

We cruise regularly with Cunard and the Ships, staff and food are wonderful. This year we saw Come from Away for the first time at sea; it was brilliant. Dressing up, enjoying life’s luxuries and mixing with interesting people are the man reasons we travel with Cunard.

Great company and great people

Queen Elizabeth is such a beautiful ship the elegance makes you feel special the moment you step on board.
The staff are amazing, Makes you feel special, they are so friendly personable and professional. All ways a smile and a greeting.
The food is amazing all throughout the ship and the choices are great.
We did a behind the scenes tour, which is a must.
Can't wait for our next cruise on the Queen Mary 2

Ocean sailing at its best

Cunard is the only cruise line I consider. Ease of joining the ship in Southampton. Well arranged transport when on a fly cruise. Easy to use website so no need to use a Travel Agent therefore I can book exactly the holiday I want. Looking forward to the next Cunard cruise that I have already booked.

9 days on the Queen Elizabeth

9 days on the Queen Elizabeth, stops in Grand Cayman, Jamaica, Roatan, Honduras, and two stops in Mexico. I selected this cruise for the ports and the good price I found. I was impressed so much by the elegance and refinement in the afternoon tea! Their “Come from Away” musical production was also excellent. This was my first cruise on Cunard, but it will not be my last!

The ship is beautiful

The ship is beautiful, the staff really friendly and helpful and the food was delicious.
The cruise was not pleasant due to severe weather, delays, unable to access original port and having to travel to a port further north cutting down time on land for sightseeing. Not able to enter a port missing it out all together again due to bad weather.

I recently had the pleasure of sailing…Cunard V605 Norwegian Fjords

I recently had the pleasure of sailing with Cunard and wanted to share some constructive feedback based on my experience. Overall, the voyage was very enjoyable, and service in many areas was excellent.

The shore Excursions are a little over priced, but it's useful to arrange these in advance and you get a full refund if they are cancelled due to late arrival or missed port. The food, drink and entertainment were excellent, and room service was incredible with cabin cleaned to highest standard twice a day, thank you Silverio. Below are suggestions I sent to Cunard so they can improve on service. Not sure if a Jewellery store and Art gallery are required. The convenience store mentioned is only one set of shelves in the book shop with the very basic of essentials this could be extended.

The following suggestions are intended to further enhance the guest experience.

Pre-Cruise Communication & Planning
It would be very helpful to provide clearer information prior to embarkation. In particular, guidance on dress codes for gala evenings 2–4 weeks in advance would allow guests to prepare appropriately. A simple one-page summary for each cabin category outlining inclusions (such as dining options, drinks, and accessible areas) would also be valuable. Additionally, clearer and more prominent communication regarding shore excursion changes would help avoid confusion. Providing estimated durations for mobile signal outages and making key announcements (such as the captain’s midday message) available in text format on the TV would improve accessibility.

Embarkation Experience
At Southampton, the addition of a lounge area or coffee facilities for waiting passengers—especially during delays—would greatly improve comfort for foot passengers.

Shore Excursions & Disembarkation
Introducing staggered disembarkation times or separate queues for independent travellers and those on organised excursions could help reduce congestion and improve overall flow.

Cabin Experience & Personalisation
Offering guests the ability to select minibar preferences in advance (alcoholic and/or soft drinks) would enhance the onboard experience and reduce unnecessary waste.

Pricing Transparency
Providing flexibility in how the automatic service charge is applied—such as allowing guests to select a percentage or total amount for the duration of the voyage—would be appreciated.

Dining Experience
In the Britannia restaurant, tables for two are positioned very close together, which can affect comfort and privacy. In the Lido restaurant, encouraging table sharing during busy periods and politely asking guests not to occupy tables after finishing meals could improve availability. Minor food enhancements, such as serving toast or additional rolls with pâté and slightly increasing breakfast portion sizes, would also be welcome.

Seating Comfort
Some seating in the Lido and Chart Room is too low and makes dining uncomfortable, particularly for taller guests. Reviewing chair height and ergonomics would improve usability.

Service Consistency
While service was excellent in most areas, the Chart Room in the afternoon appeared understaffed, resulting in slower service compared to other venues.

Connectivity & Communication
Better communication regarding mobile signal availability and outages would help guests plan accordingly and may also encourage uptake of onboard WiFi services.
