Some confusion over validating my credit card for my on-line purchase (my issue, not Cupboards Direct's) was resolved almost immediately with one phone call to Cupboards Direct and the order was processed quickly.

Delivery was within 2 days.

Assembly of the product was not straightforward because the holes in the plastic pan, although slightly elongated, did not align well with those in the supporting frame assembly, resulting in some slight distortion of the plastic around the holes as I tightened the bolts. I think it should not have a long term impact and apart from that, I love the product.

Order was placed for two bar stools, this site was chosen as it said stools were in stock and it was 24hr delivery! I then received and email the following day to say that they were out of stock till the Tuesday/Wednesday the following week! I was very disappointed with this as we had a broken stool and these were to replace them for a party at the weekend. However as the order was being processed I decided to leave it running. It got to the Wednesday late afternoon and still no word, so I sent a follow up email asking the status of the order, only to be told that they had not been delivered and there was no more deliveries due till mid April! To say I was very angry is an understatement! And I was more annoyed at the fact that payment was taken last week despite the items not being in stock. So now I have to wait for the refund to be credited and look for the items elsewhere very poor service levels.

First rate product - twin slot shelving - and arrived next day. Customer care couldn't have been better or more obliging. Won't hesitate to use you again for anything of this nature. Thank you.

Order process easy and quick delivery say no more. Great product.

I ordered six tables late on a Monday for an event on Thursday . In capitals it says NEXT DAY DELIVERY. I didnt expect them on Tuesday but certainly on the Wednesday.
They arrived late on Friday afternoon.
It cost me £100 to hire them from a furniture hire company, plus I had to collect and return.
I am still awaiting an official reply to my complaint and to see whether they will re-emburse me the additional costs. Somehow I doubt it !!

I think the problem rests with the supplier, Dams Furniture.
The order was in 14 sections. One was missing, and two in the wrong wood. Incorrect labelling of parts (two contradictory labels on the items) made it particularly difficult to identify which parts needed to be replaced.
Additionally, there were only half the required number of fixings.

On the positive side, the staff whom I spoke to at both Cupboards Direct and Dams Furniture were very helpful, and the problems were sorted out, but heads need to roll at Dams warehouse.

I've ordered twice now from Cupboards direct and both times I have waited weeks for the actual delivery of the goods. Even then, the goods haven't arrived on the promised delivery date. Neither Paul or Adam return calls and have to be chased constantly for information. I certainly wont be using them again.

My order was dealt with really quickly, their customer service called me a couple of times to confirm certain details on the order. Order arrived quickly on site and the items are just as described.

I do not usually complete reviews, however the customer service and product was so good I thought it only right to register my satisfaction. When the bar stools I originally ordered were out of stock I was informed promptly by phone and invited to chose another stool or be given a full refund. I managed to find a similar, slightly more expensive stool and Adam from Cupboards Direct offered me the stools at the same price of my original choice and guaranteed me delivery by the end of the week. In fact they arrived on the Thursday and they are lovely and comfortable, quite sturdy and easy to put together. Very impressed with the quality of the stool and the customer service. Thank you.

We have purchased 11 tables from the company. They have been recommended to us so we decided to use them for the first time. After conversation on the phone before we place the order, we have been told that the original product wont be available. Alternative product been offered and we decided to purchase. We have waited 3 days even the order been place with 24h delivery. After chasing up the order another 2 days till the products been dispatched. When arrived we received 10 tables instead of 11 and nobody been in touch ever since and we have paid 11.
