We placed a £2,000.00 order. Everything was handled well and put into place by Cupboards Direct for delivery to new premises.

However, one supplier let Cupboards Direct down and did not deliver on the day they were supposed to. This delivery was then untraceable and we had to wait four days for alternative items.

I would use Cupboards Direct again as i don't think that this was their fault.

Delivery timing was exceptional & the product arrived in perfect condition. A very impressive company.

The transaction completed as expected. My only observation would be that I did not receive delivery details until delivery had been received. As a result we missed the initial delivery, fortunately the driver returned later in the day to complete.

Ordered desk on a Friday with 24 hour delivery option.
Desk not arrived by the Wednesday, range to find out what hold up was to be informed....Desk out of stock, shall be with you early next week!

service was good and product delivered in a reasonable timeframe.

Only slight issue was the clarity of the instructions for building the flat pack unit. diagrams could have been a little clearer.

Had some delivery issues and was disappointed that the promised delivery timescales were not met. However, this was dealt with very efficiently by the Customer Service Team and I was happy with the way this was handled and the product was excellent.

Product ordered was a self-assembly, full height steel cupboard.
It was delivered within the timescale, and the courier was very helpful, as our house is a bit inaccessible.
The cupboard went together easily, only six screws holding the sides to the back and the rest push-fitted. That said, on a solid floor, and levelled, it seems quite stable.
My only reason for not giving five stars is that, on the morning delivery was due, I got a call from Cupboards Direct asking if I would accept a built-up unit at no extra charge (not sure why). That seemed a bit late to be making the offer. I declined, as I needed the cupboard to be self-assembly, and delivery took place the next day.
Overall, and for the price, I am very satisfied and would buy from the company again.
