Abysmal
I ordered clothes rails that were supposed to be adjustable. They were battered and a bit broken and impossible to put together. The supposedly adjustable rods jammed into each other so it was impossible to even match the height on each side let alone adjust to the required height. When I asked about returning them I was told the supplier didn't want them back, but that a full refund would be paid. That was almost two months ago, I haven't received a penny and I'm left with a load of junk metal to dispose of. Not recommended!

Ordered an outdoor rubber mat. It was the best price I could find online for the type I was looking for. Easy website to order from and super speedy delivery. Very pleased with my purchase and would definitely recommend Cupboards Direct!

Disappointing
I thought this was the perfect company to work with. I am relocating a business and need storage bins, cupboards, lockers etc. I placed a small order to test the product/company but never received it due to an address error on my behalf and the delivery driver not reading the address further than the postcode! Customer services were not the best to deal with. I won't be recommending this company or using them again

Beautiful table
I was really impressed by the quality and design of the table I bought, especially taking into consideration the price.
One suggestion though, would be to be able to deliver to a nearby shop. This is a very popular and convenient option nowadays.

Average service
The order took longer than expected. "Delivery within 3 weeks" became 5 weeks. I also asked them to let me know when they were expecting to be able to deliver but had no response and was simply called when a delivery van was at the door - this did not give me the opportunity to make arrangements to be at home to receive the delivery. They were also not able to carry the workbench to the first floor where it needed to go as it was apparently not covered by their insurance. Generally not impressed with the service.

Thank you for your comments regarding the delivery of your order.
All delivery times are quoted in good faith and although we do our very best to make sure that all deliveries are made within this period, it is inevitable that on rare occasions this may not happen due to reasons beyond our control. In this instance we had not been informed that the actual manufacturer of the items had shut down their factory for a summer break which resulted in the delay.
As you are aware, we did send you an email on the 18th August informing you of the delay and that delivery was now scheduled for week commencing 24th August (as advised by the manufacturer) and apologised that regretfully we could not improve on this.
In response to your email sent on the 27th August asking for an update, we advised by telephone on the 28th August that your order would be delivered on Wednesday 2nd September so that you could make arrangements to receive the delivery.
As you placed your order yourself using our online ordering system we were unaware that delivery was required to the first floor and there is no reference of this within the delivery address provided by yourself. If we had been aware of this we would have informed you that, as per standard trade practice, we would have been unable to deliver the items to the first floor, only to a ground floor location.
I am sorry that you feel you did not receive the high level of service usually provided by us to all our customers. We appreciate any feedback and comments provided by our customers and are always trying to make improvements wherever possible.

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention and I am sorry that your experience with us on this occasion was disappointing but, as was clearly explained to you on the telephone at the time, the voucher code you used when placing your order was for a discount of £25 against any orders with a value of £450 or more and, as your order was below this amount, the voucher should not have been valid.
For some reason our automated ordering system did not process your order correctly and that is why we contacted you as soon as possible to advise that we were unable to accept your order placed under these circumstances.
As you are also aware, we were very apologetic and immediately refunded your money.
We always do our utmost to offer the best prices and service to all our customers regardless, however it is inevitable that sometimes things will go wrong that are beyond our control.
