Melvin was wonderful. Did not make me feel like a stranger or that the company just wanted my money. He explained everything and answering my questions. I called stressed out and when I got off the phone I was more relaxed and blood pressure went down. He listened to what I had to say and did not pressure me into a high cost I could not afford. He is an awesome guy. This company should be proud to have him.

Helped me Sooo much to deal with the stress of the situation. He helped me to remain calm and see that this will help me in the long run. Even though I was very scared of this situation and did not know where else to turn. This help is saving our lives to be able to afford food again. Melvin explained everything to me several times.
