Wrong item dispatched

I ordered and paid for a fridge, on click and collect but were given a freezer. Unfortunately we did not realise until it was unboxed in our kitchen. We then had to repackage it and return it to the store.

I popped into Currys Leyton Mills…

I popped into Currys Leyton Mills London to buy a Gas Cooker on Wednesday 29th April 2026. The shop assistant, Leona, was so professional and gave me good advice. I am just waiting for my Gas Cooker to arrive this week.

Terrible Customer Service

I have just popped in to your Bridgwater branch for my latest acquisition.

I was served by a very young lady. The purchase went smoothly. At the end I said to her. "Do you realise we have gone through the entire purchase process without you greeting me, saying please or thank you or even seemingly being interested in me as a client" .

She seemed genuinely shocked at every part of my expectation. I turned to a man standing beside her & asked if he was a manager. He said yes. I replied "It's not her fault at all it's a clear lack of training". He vacantly apologised and gave me a throwaway platitude "Thank you for your feedback,".

This has completely spoilt my visit or as it should have been 'an enjoyable customer experience ' . I feel depressed and disrespected. Especially as the manager was evidently uninterested in my feelings and by extension, any other Currys customer.

I expect a proper response to this communication and not a series of standard paragraphs.

I like tech

I like tech and spend a lot of time visiting and purchasing products. The only issue I is that no one is around to speak with. Staff tend to gather in a large group and converse without considering customer might need help. Being a little more assertive would help business grow in the long term.
