Found what I wanted on the app site, completed the easy ordering system and also payment dedetails, order confirmed and then it was delivered by Royal Mail to delivery spec.

I am very happy with the service and delivery time however on the sheet sent with the products I thought I would receive one of everything and found I didn't receive two products I wanted. Ring bases and brooch clips.

I found any communication to be extremely helpful. Even though initially I did not know how to pay I was given a link and a full explaination on how to proceed.

If I had any problems I got immediate help and assistance so it was sorted.

Hi! Thanks for the starter Kit - I wanted it to help my grandchildren see there was more to jewellery making than just stringing beads. We had a great time making 'key-ring danglers' (if you know what I mean).
Although Rose (she's 5 years) decided she just wanted to make a necklace, Tulip (7 years), Sunflower (9 years) and Lilly (11 years) made danglers. In fact Sunflower decided she wanted to make 4 matching ones to share with her friends. As I guessed Tulip STILL wanted to make a necklace afterwards but I was quite surprised that Lilly did too. Mind you I was really pleased when Lilly, instead of just producing a string of beads as I thought she meant, she made a lovely short string using findings on each end and wanted to fix it to a chain. So it worked, I was able to get her thinking about designing rather than just stringing! I can truthfully say that your kit did it's job and more and am really grateful for the combination you made.
Though I do dislike using pseudonym's as the girls have such pretty names anyway, but 'mum' doesn't want their names bounding about the internet. And seeing as the girls choose these names themselves - for 'mum' to use on her Home Education Blog - and each has a special meaning to the girl that chose it, I feel it does fairly represent each child. I fully understand mum's views on needing to protect her children!
Next week, along with knitting, they have decided to make earrings, so my day with them is going to be busy :-) - but as I am home bound (through illness) I really look forward to my day over their house. I will be searching your pages for inspiration on further projects they can make...

as I'm just picking up on crafts it was just perfect moment by Curtzy to have this amazing offer on GrabOne... and it got even better when I visited their shop for confirming my purchase details... can't wait to get those fantastic discounts on yarns and threads... would be nice to buy closer to 'home' (EU) rather than always getting better prices/deals from Far East on eBay...

I was incredibly happy with how fast my order arrived and the quality of the product is fab. I bought this as a Mothers Day present for my Mother-in-law. I know its early but you can never tell how long things take to be delivered and as it was exactly what I was wanting for her it was better than leaving it till the last minute.

The communication was really good too. I was kept informed of every stage from confirmation of my order to dispatch. I will certainly add them to my favourites.

I purchased a jewellery starter kit via an online daily discount site so I kinda wasn't expecting to get the top quality but I've been firmly put in my place with what I received! The kit (even at full price) is excellent value for money and is perfect for someone like me who is just starting out. I can experiment with different techniques and designs and gradually build up my craft supplies thanks to the brilliant range of (affordable) goods that Curtzy sell. Love the projects on their Facebook page - they are very inspiring. Would definitely recommend this company.

it's the 1st time I've bought anything of these and it didn't arrive but as soon as I emailed them there responsr was incredible and fast. When it still hadn't arrived a few days later they sent out a new one. There customer service team were brilliant constantly in touch to see if I'd received my item and helped with any other queries I had also. I will definitely be uding them and there clubs in the future.

I like this knitting-needle roll. It is just like one my sister made for me about 40 years ago, and I love the bamboo needles, so smooth and light in the hand. A pleasure to knit with. This is a present for my granddaughter, and she is delighted with it. She's now well set up for all sorts of creative projects. She and her little brother were specially intrigued by the "huge safety pins" (stich holders.)

I ordered the full range of cake icing decorating equipment. I am pleased with the item - it was as described. It arrived in mint condition and just within the time frame given. I would use this site again.

I was surprised how quickly I received my goods. I was very pleased with the knitting needle kit.

The bleached bamboo needles and knitting accessories are excellent. I have used the needles and find them to be comfortable and easy to handle. I have recommended them to friends and ordered a set for my mum in law.

Great value for money and the best thing about this product is how fast it was delivered.

I bought 5 jewellery sets 3 from living social 2 from Wowcher paid and was liable for £3-99 p&p which I did on each,but when I received them had been charged an extra £4-99 on each item .
I emailed company but as yet not had a reply!!!!!!

Curtzy are definitely a cut above the rest when it comes to exceptional customer service, and although you'd prefer not to have a problem with an order in the first place, be rest assured if Curtzy make a mistake they go out of their way to put it right. I can not thank Brendon, whom I dealt with enough for his exceptional customer service and he now feels like a friend not just an adviser in customer support. It's been a long time since someone in customer services has impressed me, I don't do praise lightly, but I can not praise them enough. Thanks again.
