$25 customs return

To return something in the US, it costs $25 to get through customs. On a $29 return, that just doesn't make sense. I understand that the customs cost does not come from you, but there should be more mention of it, somewhere inside the US to return it, or another solution.

Being a larger busted female I…

Being a larger busted female I struggled to get pretty Bras and found Curvy Kate by default… was very sceptical being measured on a chat but WOW I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER the Bras are well made fit beautiful and make feel uplifted 😊

No reply from customer service email.

Have been trying to get a faulty item refunded for several weeks now. Have sent photos through via email as instructed in the chat, but am yet to have them acknowledged. I bought the Scantilly Unzipped bra which is very flimsy and the wire has poked through on the third time of wearing which isn’t good enough for the price I paid. I’ve seen on the website that my size is now out of stock too so I’m left with a pair of expensive briefs too and nothing to match it. Not good enough.

Disappointing

Ordered on behalf of my mum. Despite following the sizing guide, the bra was far too small and I don't think the photographs on the website reflected the true colour very well. The quality of the bra was good (nicely designed and put together) but the material was quite shiny and made the bra look tacky. Overall it was no better than bras at a lower cost bought from another company. A clunky returns process means you have to contact the company before sending the parcel to get the original postage cost back.
Sadly not recommended - a disappointing experience.

Return process is less than ideal

Return process is less than ideal. You pay for the cost of shipping for a product that you absolutely need to try on to ensure fit. It’s a strange business model for this online shopping era.

I only give 3 stars and not more…

I only give 3 stars and not more because shipping to return an item is on the customer and it is expensive. To return some of my items at the slowest international rate was still $81.

Great catalogue but sizes aren't honest

Gorgeous clothes, although 2/3 of the items I bought ran small - buy two or three sizes 'larger' than actual.

I ordered a swimsuit and 3 bras in 34H. Excellent website to navigate and find sizes and bargain buys. Speedy delivery, quality products. Love the swimsuit and 1 of the bras however 2 bras weren’t the best fit for me. Very straightforward returns process. Five Star Service as always.
