Brought Sam Fender converse for my daughter for christmas. She loves them . Im really pleased with the quality and the SF logo on them absolutely amazed at the workmanship that has gone into them amazing.

Perfect. Professional result.

After ordering a personalised pair of trainers which came to £176 plus £3 postage and packaging i received my order in just a plastic postage bag with some bubble wrap placed around it,once I opened the packaging it was clear to the eye the trainers box and adidas gazelle box was badly damaged to the point i can't even wrap the box up for a wedding present it's fing crushed beyond use,so email Custom Converse.co.uk about this to be told by Jen in customer services as long as the trainers are ok why should we or you worry about the box and offered me a £3 refund and when I said it's about that some people like to keep the boxes as storage for the trainer I was then offered a 5% refund which hasn't been sent as of yet,I would say I can recommend #OFFSPRINGHQCOMMUNITY if your looking for a company that cares about your purchase and your custom i would give them 5 stars as For Custom Converse.co.uk stay well clear of this Company and the not so helpful Jen@customconverse hopefully another member of staff will see this and pass it onto the owners.

Ease of customisation and great service

From the get go my entire custom order was smooth sailing. Having chemo damaged feet I explain to the lovely Jen that I could wear adidas for a short period of time but that I lived in crocs. Not a problem. Jen found the right colour and totally embraced my jelly cat design. It’s better that I can ever imagine. I can not thank her enough. I would highly recommend custom converse

I have brought 4 pairs of converse off of Jen now all totally amazing would highly recommend if your looking to customise your converse this is the only place to go

I ordered 2 more pairs of Converse Sneakers. I again ordered mens High Tops. I went for the white with a black accent and a red accent. The contrast of colors are marvelous, the size as always is perfect.I received many compliments and referred them to the web site.

Exactly the laces I was looking for, and super fast shipping!!

They are beautifully made I bought them for a special person in my life for their Christmas and they were so happy with them.

I was a little worried about having customs gazelles made but they came in looking as if they had come from adidas itself. The colors were exactly as I wanted and they are literally my new favorite shoes. I wish I could get every color combo I’ve ever envisioned but I cant believe how amazing they turned out and I absolutely can’t wait to order my next pair.
