Hi Lisa,
I'm so sorry about this. Unfortunately Royal Mail experienced a cyber breach at the same time as your item was entered into the postal system. Had they informed customers about this issue sooner I would have shipped your item with a different carrier. The issue with Royal Mail has significantly delayed the distribution of items but the latest update is that they are working through clearning the backlog and items are being processed again. It may take a bit more time for your item to arrive but I'm confident that it is not completely lost.
Of course should the item fail to arrive I will create and ship a replacement item to you so please get in touch by email to have this arranged.

I would definitely recommend this shop and buy from it again.
I've had an excellent experience here. The products were shipped earlier than promised and arrived soon after. The quality of the product I ordered is really good and exactly what I was looking for and exactly what I was promised. I've found this shop through etsy. However I've found it to be cheaper to go through the shop directly (in my specific case).
