I absolutely love the shoes and they arrived pretty quickly for international shipping. I definitely recommend getting shoes from here.

The shipping is quite strange and hard to track and also took multiple weeks to get here but that’s understandable because I live in America. The shoes are super cute and exactly how pictured a bit pricey. The shoe conversion chart is wrong I got shoes 2 sizes - 3 sizes to big and have to now where multiple socks with them even though I picked my normal shoe size. Overall recommend just maybe go a size or two down from your normal if you live in America.

Absolutely amazing service! On the website I couldn't find the style of converse I was looking for so I sent an online enquiry through. In no time at all I had a reply from Jen and the option I was looking for was added to the website. Once ordered I received updates and a dispatch email when the converse were on their way. It was important to me that these were perfect as I'm planning to wear then on my wedding day. When they were delivered by royal mail I was thrilled to say the least. The hard work Jen has put into personalising these is incredible and I would 100% recommend her services and make a purchase again.

I bought these as a gift for my mum. It was stated clearly on the website that they were closed for Christmas. All places need time off and to have it clearly stated is appreciated as some places don’t even tell you that. Once they were open again the turn around process was all very quick and the quality is fantastic. Have recommended to multiple people already.

Jen was fantastic, kept me informed the whole way through, raised a possible issue with me early so that I could make an informed choice, and then continued to communicate really well so that I was always in the loop. Products arrived in a timely manner, even considering a supply issue (not Jen’s fault), and were beautifully gift wrapped.

This is a Christmas gift so still unopened so can’t comment there, but can’t say enough about purchasing experience

Ordered snoopy design - came back that colour I ordered wasn’t available so I was sent links for alternative choices. Agreed on a different colour and they were sent out within the week . The design is crisp and looks exactly like snoopy & Woodstock. Very pleased with the service and quality
