The lady I spoke to was very helpful and phoned me back informing me that it had been located in the packing room. This is the second set of bespoke curtains I have had: perfect fit and delivered ahead of schedule. Definitely recommended.

We had a large order due during the COVID-19 pandemic, right when moving into a new house. With three young children, the black our curtains ordered were critical but not ready on the promised date, and unfortunately Pret a Vivre suspended all installations. Thankfully, the company prepared some emergency blackout curtains that saved us.

Unfortunately, nearly half the privacy blinds we ordered weren’t sized right and could not be used. Disappointing when you consider the premium price tag.

Ordered 7th December with 4-5 day delivery stated on website and all subsequent communication since. 4th Jan and still no sign. Very poor customer service who don’t care about the mis-advertising that is duping customers to spend money. Like others wish I had read the reviews and not purchased from this company. Worried about what the quality will be like now as customer service have been shocking to date. Apparently in transit but courier has no record of receiving so unable to track.

These curtains do not take 3-5 days. I ordered mine nearly 3 weeks ago and they are still in 'production' I urgently need them and when I call the customer service people I have to wait for ages to speak to someone who then make promises that are not kept. I wish I had read all the reviews before I ordered because I would have gone somewhere else. Really poor.

Finally got my order today after nearly 4 weeks of chasing and making desperate calls. The customer services was absolutely horrendous. I contacted them 3 times and they promised to call back but never did. For an order of nearly £2700, I expected a better service. I think it's fraudulent to claim 2-3 working days lead time when in reality it is nearly 4 weeks with endless haggling and howling. I would certainly not recommend this company.

Worst experience I have ever had with a retailer. I have ended up having to issue county court proceedings to get a refund for the curtains and blinds I ordered (of which only the curtains were ever delivered). After three months and innumerable calls I am still waiting. It has taken the commencement of legal proceedings for them to respond to me. Do not use these people they are truly dreadful and it is scandalous that they are allowed to continue trading.

Good ecommerce website. Took 14 days from order to despatch then problems began. Courier requires signature - and there is no facility to drop at pick up point like a retail outlet or locker. I only discovered this after courier (Hermes) attempted delivery. Arranged for second delivery to be made on the one day that I was at home but despite confirming delivery date and then 4 hour slot, courier didn't make it. So goods now returned to factory and the whole nightmare will begin again. And they don't deliver on Saturdays. Firm obviously appears more concerned with losing cost of items going missing than meeting customers' needs.

I placed an order 1 month ago and still haven't received it despite the estimated dispatch being 2-3 days. The first time I emailed them to find out what was happening they said it was because they were unexpectedly especially busy. After another week I emailed again and they replied saying the fabric had to be ordered. After another week they simply replied 'the fabric isn't on site.' I am no closer to knowing when my order will be dispatched and have found the process incredibly unprofessional. For such a high price you expect a certain amount of professionalism and customer service and I find waiting for a month to be unacceptable.
