Ordered two lampshades and a cushion for my daughter’s bedroom. The cushion arrived first and was fine, but when the battered box arrived with the lampshades in there was no way they were going to be ok - it looked like it had fallen off the back of a truck and been run over! I opened it up and sure enough the shades were bent out of shape and the large one was filthy. Took photos and emailed the company, but no reply. Waste of my money.

Website was easy to use, quick efficient service and a very competitive price.

Lamp shade was not adjustable so just sits on my bedside lamp exposing all the workings.
Complained and was told that’s how they made all their lamps & was offered 50% off my next purchase!!! Is that 50% off something else that’s sub standard? Took ages to come and no communication.”

Well-made curtains, at a reasonable price.

I ordered curtains on 7th June for delivery in first week of July. Was then told it would be week of 13th July. It's now the 9th August and they are not replying to emails and no sign of the curtains. Shocking - do not use!

The products are great and the quality of the end result is excellent also, I've now purchased 2 sets for my home. I've only given it 4 stars because the lead time is very long, it takes 3 weeks to make before they're dispatched.

I was sent curtains that were cut to two different lengths and with the lining hanging below the curtain. I was told this would be rectified within a week, it is now 6 weeks later and they can't give me any further information after numerous emails. Terrible experience!

The lampshades I ordered are FAB, cannot fault them.. delivery was a little slow.

Product was exactly what I ordered to co-ordinate with already purchased fabric,the goods when delivered where safely and securely packaged,and the despatcher adhered to safe distancing measures,ensuring his distance at all times.
I had expected delays with delivery,but parcel arrived within the time slot.

Fantastic shade, lovely bright colour. Only reason I didn’t give 5* was because the glue at the side was unstuck when it came and I had to push it together more, also 2 small pinprick holes on shade so had to turn it around.

The order came in a timely fashion and was just what I hoped it to be!
