Bought the double lined curtains, was clear how to measure to get the correct size, and pleased with the quality of the product, a nice suprise it includes metal curtain hooks.

I had to wait months to receive a delivery which I never received. I received messages of multiple failed delivery attempts although I was at home waiting for the package. Finally, I did not receive the delivery and it appears I was scammed by the courier service as there is no proof the parcel was even delivered. I could not even reorder the curtains as they are no longer in stock. Terrible customer service from Custom Curtains. I contacted them multiple times on the phone and via email. Failure from various staff members to follow up and keep me informed. No compensation for this distress caused (as I had to take time off work to be at home for the delivery) and staff continually ignored my concerns.

A much better price than a competitor, you kept me informed and my order did arrive within your manufacture and delivery timeframe. Many thanks.

There were some issues with delivery, and a small bit of stitching missing from tailored curtains. Customer service were brilliant and are having a second set made to replace the initial ones (that they want me to keep or donate to charity). Curtains look great, and matieral is excellent. Company clearly committed to providing top quality.

We were impressed at the choice of colours and fabrics which we ordered 8 samples of prior to making our choice. The measurements we gave were spot on and they look wonderful in our new living room. Quick delivery and well packaged. We were lucky to purchase them half price in the sale too! Would highly recommend!

Choice, quality, price, delivery and communication. We'd used custom curtains 10 years ago and we were very satisfied with the service and roman blinds we bought then. We spent ages and many fabric samples deliberating on the colour of roman blinds for our newly decorated sitting room. What we chose was just right. Very satisfied customer!
