Easy to design and order. Wait time for delivery was a bit slow though but great product when it arrived!

The curtains really are incredible. We ordered some pinch pleats and they came with metal attachments too. We got several samples to be sure we liked the quality and colour and so glad we did as we changed our minds vs the colours online. Making custom made curtains takes time too and we had a couple of emails along the way. So good communication, great samples and even better curtains. Would definitely recommend and use again!

The curtains arrived at the promised beautifully made but unfortunately I didn’t allow for the pinch pleats I have ordered another pair is there any chance I can return and offset some of the cost to the new ones

Easy to order. Pleased with blinds. One thing which could be improved on is the length of the pulls. They are rather too short for the length of blind. Other than that, happy with purchase.

Our blinds are beautiful.
We order 3 Roman Blinds fully lined. The workmanship is excellent. They hang perfectly and quality of the material is great.
My only grip was the amount of screw fixings and raw plugs. There should have been 3 in one blind and the was 1. As it happens our builder sorted them out.
They actually arrived at least 2 days early which was perfect and fitted in with finishing our room.

Really good curtains, great instructions on how to measure right and come looking and feeling amazing. So good you can get samples to choose material and see in different lights. I’m so pleased. Customer service also great and helped give recommendations on similar fabrics when the one I wanted was discontinued. Paid extra for cover incase I needed them changing.. luckily they were perfect but so glad I did for peace of mind.

I have received 13 unsolicited emails from this company in 2 days, doesn't seem a way to stop. I do not need curtains and if I did I wouldn't buy them from you.

Found what I needed. Ordered and paid for next day dispatch at a cost of £30 in total which included £10 standard charge plus £10 per item. Ordered Thursday expected delivery on Saturday for the price but not received until Tuesday. Items then arrived in one package not two. No issues with products but quite dissatisfied with delivery cost and arrangements.
