Took around 4 weeks to deliver the curtain nit happy we ordered 1 curtain but they sent 2 curtains sewn together the lining doesn't drop to the bottom of the curtain

Quality curtains
Curtains as per order; good quality. Company kept me informed of progress and they were received in the promised timeline. I’ve had curtains from this company before and haven’t had any problems. That you are allowed to have numerous samples of materials before ordering is a great help.

Really happy with my order
Really happy with my order. Custom Curtains made a pair of very large pleated curtains (for £275 total) to replace the previous ones which cost nearly twice that 16 years ago! They were delivered on time and fit perfectly

Not great
The first set of curtains we were sent were really very poorly made. Customer service were brilliant and got another set sent to very quickly. Whilst I am sure it must be very difficult to see this type of material (a sort of velvety material), the seamwork is still not brilliant but I can live with it. Material and lining is lovely quality though

Great Quality Curtains
I have used this company for years and we have their curtains all over our house! I like the way you can order samples, they have a huge range of fabrics. The quality of finished curtains is consistently good.
Recently delivery times have been longer, this is understandable with all the post COVID/ post Brexit problems all businesses are encountering.

Great quality, repeat customer
I've used Custom Curtains several times now, expensive compared to ready made curtains but the quality and fit of custom made does not compare! Also bought curtain rails and Roman blinds. Good selection of designs and great service.

Good range of measurements and styles
I spent hours trying to find an extra long (480cm) metal curtain rod for eyelet curtains (28mm or so) in required colour and finish. Only Custom Curtains filled the bill, so I recommend starting a search there. Getting the rod right is essential, different finials can always be purchased later.

Pricey but good quality
The order took a little longer to arrive than I expected but I’m pleased with the quality of the curtains and cushion. The size is correct and they were easy to hang. I paid rather more than I expected to but as I’m pleased with the finished items I’ve no complaint
