Curtains made to exact size and came just before the date I was told. Very happy.

Pleased with the curtains. The only thing on one of the curtains is that the bottom draw-string on the tape was machined in patches to the tape so I could not draw it up very easily before hanging the curtain. But they look lovely in the window.

Fair price and true to measurements, easy to fit but not so well finished as I would like. Some hand finishing required before I hung the Roman blinds.

I love the pattern of the fabric, however the heading is basic and the lining disappointing considering I selected premier lining. The company should consider weighting larger curtains to make them hang properly. I will be adding weights myself. For what they are I think they were very expensive. So unless the fabric is perfect for your décor I would purchase elsewhere.

Could notfind anyone local to make my curtains so found this site and when they arrived and were hung I was very happy with them.

The quality of the product is excellent.
Would’ve given five stars if it hadn’t been for the fact that it took them so long to make the curtains. A month from order to delivery seems a long time to me. However to be fair to the company they did say that was the delivery time and they did arrive on the day promised.

Item delivered when expected and was as described. A beautiful addition to our home.

I ordered an expensive pair of curtains from Custom-curtains on the 15th of September 2021. Almost 6 weeks later on 26th October, I was sent an email telling me that the material I had requested was out of stock. I gave them the benefit of the doubt (why did it take them so long to let me know?) and decided to change my order to the alternative material that was suggested. I received an email on the 1st November telling me that my order was in production and was a priority. By the 10th November I had heard nothing more, so contacted customer services to find out when I was going to receive my order. I was then told that the new material I had chosen was also out of stock! Having waited nearly 2 months (and having paid for the curtains at time of order) I had had enough. I have cancelled the order and now have to wait on tenterhooks to see if the money I paid will actually be refunded. Nice scam - 2 months' use of my money with no actual product. Avoid this firm at all costs!

Curtains are lovely. Overall well made and look great. However, on one curtain the machinist had stitched over the cord near the end of the tape so the only way to gather the curtains was to pull out the stitches. The yellow on them was very much darker (and greener) than in the website pictures, as well, and one set had not been ironed properly along the edges.

I ordered a lampshade to match my daughter’s curtain material. It arrived promptly and looks great. I will certainly use custom curtains again.

I’m over the moon with my bedroom curtains. They’re well made and look gorgeous.
I received emails to keep me informed of delivery date, arrived 2 weeks early and the delivery driver was so friendly. All in all a perfect service!
