Unsolicited - illegal (by Norwegian law) - contact. Swindled a relative out of her pension. Makes it almost impossible to reclaim winnings. Steer well clear!

Sadly I just decided to write this just because it's not legit to be right.. so what happened is I make 3 deposit and my money from my bank account is gone all 3 times but didn't receive no money on my balance. Totally off 250 euro .So I write to them and they sad send us screenshot and ect and now it's almost 1 week no response and they keep saying finical department is working on it

Total scam! They are from China and yes a fake leader name Jack is who you will deal with. The say they are from the UK so they can charge you in pounds. Huge custom fees also come with their products. They are not a fan of responding to emails after being paid. I got a full refund after dealing with paypal you just have to keep on them. I also included this thread so paypal could see the trend of this company.

Seeing this as a very expensive lesson in not ordering anything from a company I don't know until I've checked Trustpilot first.
It is, as everyone says, based in China not the UK.
The light took 6 weeks to arrive - I fully appreciate the pandemic causing delays, but the website specifically said 'our 8 days lead time is not affected by the pandemic'.
I had to pay an import tax to DHL before it could be delivered.
It has a Chinese 2 pin plug on it.
It is about half the size I specified and paid for.
It is really poorly made, scratched already, just looks cheap and tacky.
This was supposed to be a special present for my son after a very hard year. Instead I have been ripped off, can't afford to buy him something else now, and I'm sad. If you're sensible enough to be reading reviews before you make a purchase, don't buy anything from this website.

Terrible company, avoid at all costs!!

Purchased a sign from them which took about 6 weeks to arrive, finally once it arrived it didn’t have a chain included to attach it to the wall. I contacted them and they said they would look into it and get back to me.

Next the bulbs in the sign blew within the first year or purchasing it. I contacted them to see if it was still in warranty. It took them several weeks to reply to ask for a photo. I have sent the photos several times to 2 different email addresses. No response received from them even after chasing them multiple times.

Absolute joke of a company, wouldn’t recommend at all!

As others have mentioned, this is a SCAM company from China. After waiting eight weeks for my sign to arrive, they sent me a FAKE Fed Ex label (obviously to stall). A month later it was still not shipped. Eventually, it arrived from China BROKEN with NO ON AND OFF SWITCH. You cannot make this stuff up! After emailing back and forth, they continue to stall. I sent them a picture and they respond "please send a picture." I resent and explained that the picture clearly shows no on/off switch. They respond "please tell us what is the problem." More STALLING. I am afraid I got ripped off and I bought a very expensive custom sign.

After impulse buying these LED light strips 2 months ago they finally arrived (which is obviously the pandemic's fault). I'd read a lot of bad reviews while I waited for them to arrive, so I'd kinda given up hope that they would be very good or work at all. However, I was pleasantly surprised, I managed to get them working with the app and connected to Google home successfully. They are awesome!! The app is slightly clunky, but otherwise works great.

The one problem is that a section of lights (~30cm) on one end is not working, but for what I'm using them for, it doesn't really matter. Initially I'd plugged the power into one end of the strip and found that only one section was working, then I switched the power to the other end of the strip and they all worked except for the one section on the end. It's obviously a wiring problem between the last section.

Giving them 5 stars regardless, just for how pleasantly surprised I've been and how great they look now 😊

Bought mine the first week of May and got it about a week ago! I had all of the concerns everyone did, especially with shipping saying that it was still in Shenzhen, China for a little over a week. Eventually, I ended up getting the sign after the long wait!!

STAY AWAY.

This is a Chinese company pretending to be based in Liverpool. They are selling electrical goods that do not meet the Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016. They are scammers and don't bother trying to get a refund from them, they know how to get around it without having to payout. Terrible and fraudulent company.

My experience with neonbite was horrible! I understand it’s covid but my item took almost 4 months to arrive, and when I got it the adaptor in it was faulty and didn’t work, and it wasn’t the proper one in the photo so that would probably explain it but when I emailed stating this they just said they told manufacturing and didn’t tell me if they weee going to send me another adaptor or give me my money back after I paid around 90 dollars for the product! Really appalled with this website don’t buy off them whatever you do

I am currently trying to use UK based firms, to try and help our economy. Imagine my surprise when after ordering my sign I get a notification that I have to pay £22 import tax. This is led signs.china, not neon signs.uk.
I e mailed them straight away to complain about the bad quality sign that they sent and never got a reply.

Hi spent £700 on a sign, and what a completer rip off
It does not light up in the colours shown on the web site, it looks cheap and nasty and some of the light is not neon lights it is just painted on.

Please do not buy from this website, it is not a uk company it is from china and i had to pay £56.00 to UPS for them to delivery it, none of this was mentioned when ordering

I bought a light for my son at Christmas. I accidentally broke a piece and they were so helpful. A new piece was sent with no extra charge,with fast delivery. The light is perfect again. Excellent service and quick communication. Would highly recommend.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Unfortunately I didn't read any reviews on this website before I purchased at great cost (over £400) my so called NEON sign.

After about a week I get a text message come through saying I need to pay import tax on an item arriving from Hong Kong!! which was news to me because I hadn't ordered anything from there! however after looking through the waybill I discovered it said under description NEON sign!! so I was instantly furious beyond belief because I thought this was a UK company! had I of known I wouldn't have wasted my money.

Anyway a couple of days later I paid the import tax and DHL delivered this parcel and I unwrapped it only to find what an absolute con the item description was!!
It wasn't NEON at all and was cheap LED lighting masked by a bit of clear plastic! furthermore was the plug. It was American!! SO I have made the same mistake as many have and lost out big time on here because the costa t information on this website no one replies so I am at a total loss!
I cannot believe they're still getting away with this and how the website hasn't been shut down.
I have been ripped off big time! and I'm absolutely raging about it!

Firstly I got no notification of when the product would ship after paying a huge amount of money. I chased and finally was told it would be just a couple more days. I then chased again, and again and was then told it was lost. So I’ve asked for a refund. I have been ignored and instead they want to send again. I have told them I’d like a refund, I don’t want the product. And yet “Jack” keeps telling me my product is ready to ship. Why are they ignoring me????

How did I arrive at even writing a review! - well to be honest it was simply because the supplier was good enough to respond quickly and effectively when I encountered a problem with the first delivery when it failed. Because they have done a great job in resolving my issue and putting right the problem they deserve a good review as so many suppliers do not go the extra mile and they did. Yes the sign did come from China, but it looks great above our Juke Box and for this we are very happy.

I purchased a Yeungling neon which did fail after a month. I was able to easily resolve this with the company sending me a replacement quickly and easily with no fuss.
These signs are good value for money, I have collected many for my pub over the years, and paid large amounts at times. For the price, I would not expect top quality neon signs, these would cost four times as much, however these signs are a good alternative to very expensive neon, and do the job.
