I think we need a bit of balance here, this is a genuine company , the product is good value for money . The website is uk based , but the product did come from China , am I bothered , not really - the Chinese do know how to make a neon or two . I suppose they should come clean and mention that it will be shipped from China , most people in the know will accept this . Because they are made custom and the location it does take roughly 2-3 weeks to arrive . I expect some bad reviews on here were written before they even received the product.
My neon developed a fault within a couple of weeks , on inspection I noticed it had a 110 neon power supply - I sent them an email and photos , they acknowledged it and sent me another replacement neon with a 240 power supply , all has been well since .
I admit the process was a little long , but they didn’t hesitate to send me a new unit and I’m currently very happy with the product .

I usually research a product before buying but due to a family bereavement I ordered on impulsive...BIG MISTAKE!! The item that eventually arrived 3 weeks late is the cheapest tackiest item I have ever purchased. Luckily I contacted my bank to refund the transaction before the item arrived as the company cannot be contacted as it is not a UK company as suggested and ‘Jack’ will send a general message of no real content.
The neon sign ordered should read;
Good vibes only, however what we actually received read- Good vibed only! Which is barely readable due to the ridiculous shape of each letter.
Photo on website shows sign placed above a sofa to a large scale,the sign we received was only 30 cm by 2cm.
The sign is just a mess of black plastic with wires, a big unattractive power supply next to the sign and a faulty plug!
Absolute pile of plastic rubbish!!!

I wish I had researched this company properly before ordering. I too have not received my order from them 4 weeks after ordering. I know I will not receive it before Christmas now and it will probably be rubbish if it does eventually turn up. Do not use this company.

I had exactly the same experience with 'Jack' and his emails saying super busy. Website professes they're in the UK but clearly not. I too have been waiting 6 weeks for delivery and now have a Parcelforce customs letter requesting £15 payment in addition to the £350 sign fee. No chance of getting it before Christmas. I wish there was more we could do to protect future customers, 'Jack' shouldn't be allowed to get away with it. I will report to Paypal also. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Buyer beware this company is misrepresenting themselves as a UK Based company and they are not! They are in China and when they do eventually get around to sending your neon sign after weeks and weeks of chasing you receive a bill from Customs requiring duties to be paid!! Do not trust anything on their website as it is all fraudulent. Do not trust PayPal as they also do not care to protect their consumers and simply want the transactions and thus your cash! They do not refund customers based on the company being dishonest and continue to allow this company to take their UK customers cash and then bounce you back to your credit card company to claim a refund. They were complete and utter rubbish and I will no in future not to use PayPal based payments ever again either!! You have been warned!

I had recently bought a happily ever custom neon sign off them - after chasing this over several weeks with ‘JACK’ over email as the company doesnt have a contact number as it still hadnt arrived - the item finally arrived but broken and missold as it didnt look like the picture - as they have used another companies picture that is just off google after looking into it!

I then emailled ‘jack’ and advised him I want a full refund as it had arrived broken and looked completley different to the picture on their website - his response was I will send the part out to you that is broken and send a video from our technician for you to fix it yourself!?! How can I fix neon glass for one?

The part then arrived 3 weeks later - with no instruction. So I them escalated this with paypal who opened a dispute case against it - all seemed well with me sending the item back to China! China?!? the company said they were based in the UK ! The company also claims they are USA based also going off their paypal email
So I sent it back with paying a £80 shipping fee - paypal have been tracking the item - then 2 weeks later closed the case due to them saying incorrect tracking number - but it wasnt. - The reason why they couldnt track it is that it got stuck in customs and then the recipient declined to accept the package so it is now being returned back to me now.

Paypal have been amazing - been on the phone to them this morning and have reopened the claim and appealed and now refunding me my money as they can see from the global express and fedex tracking that the seller didnt accept the parcel back

We placed an order nearly 2 weeks ago and have received nothing. When you email them, you just get an automated response from them saying they will get back to you, "super busy" but they never do. I have tried searching high and low for a telephone number for them but nothing comes up. The addresses for their so-called "office" and "factory" also seem to be non-existant! How can anyone run a business like this?!! They are obviously in the business of taking your money but not supplying any goods! DO NOT TRUST THEM - DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I wish I'd read TrustPilot first. Our sign arrived and only part of it lights up. The construction looks terrible and the sign ugly. Am now going through the process of trying to get a refund. Looks like that is going to be difficult/impossible reading the other comments.
UPDATE: they refused a refund and sent some spare parts for me to fit - with no instructions! Light currently working - today anyway.

I was about to order a neon sign but I got an email response to my enquiry from 'Jack' who was 'super busy' but he would get back to me in 48 hours.
Plus the company had no phone number (I hate that)

Thought this was strange so I looked up custom-neon-sign.co.uk on Trustpilot (thank you for being here Trustpilot !)

Sure enough other reviewers below also heard from Jack and had bad experiences. I won't be placing an order. !

Do not use this company. After nearly a month since ordering and paying, I have not received any product and they do not reply to emails...

Do not use this company. As other reviewers have commented, this company is based somewhere in China. We had a sign made by them and it arrived so poorly packaged that parts of it were broken off and the light was unusable. It also wasn't the colour we specified and there wasn't neon in all parts of the light. Having paid for it via Paypal we went via the dispute resolution route to reclaim our money as we couldn't elicit any response from Neon sign.co.uk once the order had been dispatched. In order to comply with Paypals instructions, the light had to be returned via courier (£80 via Parcel Force) and now they have come back and said they were unable to track the return so the case has been closed. I used the address which Paypal instructed us to use, and the telephone numbers which were written on the original customs forms. I suspect the parcel was undeliverable. Don't use this company....if something looks too good to be true, it probably is.

Made an enquiry in December 2017 and got an auto reply saying they were super busy but would be in touch. It is now nearly Feb 2018 and nothing from them at all! Got what I wanted from elsewhere in the end - awful customer service, the reviews make sense now and I should have checked out Trustpilot in the first instance.

This company is actually called Custom-NeonSigns.co.uk but they are a Chinese company masquerading as a UK company.
Ordered a custom sign, the item arrived broken in two places and would only partially light up. Contacted them for a refund and all they kept responding with was a an exchange no refund. Got paypal involved who dealt with them. They have no phone number and all their emails come from a person called "JACK", DO NOT purchase anything from this company. They had so many bad reviews found via Facebook but it seems the link has some how been removed or taken down.
