Came to Darren unsure of what size boxes i'd need for a product and he was really helpful, had to go back and forth a bit with the design but they were patient and committed to assisting us in getting the boxes exactly to our needs. Good communication and always replies quickly. Highly recommend. Fair prices, no hidden charges etc.

Very pleased indeed. Darren worked extremely hard to hit my demanding timescale and the end result was perfect. Quite a lot of adjustments were made in a short space of time, and the order was delivered in super quick time. Definitely a customer pleaser, and we will be returning with more orders very soon.

Probably the worst customer service I have ever received in my lifetime. Back in 2020 this team did a phenomenal job with my cosmetic boxes, the quality was amazing, the service was impeccable so naturally I returned for them to work on another project.

Fast forward two years on and my oh my the difference, my boxes were extremely late in delivery and when I got in touch with 'Darren' he explained they were unable to send my boxes because his boss had RUN OUT OF MONEY! After a day or two of back and forth 'Darren' had to take money from his own account to pay for my boxes to be released, they arrived and they seemed to be fine, the colour was right, text, quality of the box etc. This was until a couple of months later when my product had launched and started sending brand orders i had a slew of customer feedback explaining the boxes were falling apart when they received their package in the mail meaning the boxes were not constructed properly. When I informed Darren of this he told me just to get some cheap glue and glue the box back together myself, not once did he apologise before I instructed him to do so and he was incredibly defensive and rude. After questioning him more about this very strange company he informed me that although they advertise as though they are UK based, they are in fact based in Lahore, Pakistan, including 'Darren' himself. This completely made sense to me as with this service there's no way they could be based in London as they portray because they would have customers pulling up to the gate. With the company being based in Pakistan they are able to take your money and pretty much not have to do anything about it if you're an unhappy customer.

Please do not ignore this warning! This company is a mess and extremely unprofessional, doing business with them is risky and not worth the stress. As you can probably guess I will never return to do another project with this team and if I could have given them a star rating of -3 I would have.

Excellent experience from the beginning. Design, communication, speed of delivery....all top class. Will definitely be using Custom Boxes World for future projects.
