I had the pleasure of making a purchase in this great store thru their new online shop, first I was assisted via emails by the stores costumer service who guided me to the products I was looking for.
Second, after purchasing, I was helped with the package shipment no' so I could track it down until it's arrival - on time - I'm happy to say.
But it gets better!!!
After receiving the package I noticed that there was a mix up with one of the products, I received a smell bottle of paint instead the one I ordered. After contacting the store I was helped by Michael Lindenskov who took it upon himself to fix it and I was pleasantly surprise when informed it was on its way after 1 h'!!! It was sent by express mail and I received it after three days!!! Impressive since the store is in Denmark and I live in Norway!!!
I also got to keep the small bottle as a compensation :)
