Our specially trained team customise controllers by hand and we offer up to 550 different designs over our website. Custom Controllers UK is renowned for having the biggest range of designs worldwide.
Custom Controllers established in November 2007 offering repair and modification services. Shortly after, the customer base grew online which allowed development of a website to offer a selection of customised controllers. As customer base continued to grow so did the product range Custom Controllers had to offer. After the very first collaboration which was with the sportswear giant ‘Nike’, Custom Controllers rocketed ahead in its own market moving forward to create hundreds of new designs to release to its fan base it had developed. This attracted Games developer ‘Konami’ which formed another collaboration for Custom Controllers. The collaboration was for Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain. Due to its huge success on release day Konami returned to Custom Controllers to Collaborate on another game ‘Pro Evolution Soccer 16’, The controller was provided to major press outlets, PES ambassadors and Gaming Celebrities during the release of PES 16 in September 2015. This controller has yet to hit the website for sale to the general public so if you have one of these controllers then consider yourself lucky to be chosen by Konami. After the success of both collaborations Custom Controllers had already earned the reputation of the “go-to-guys for custom controllers.

Fast Delivery
Ordered a PS5 controller to replace my back up one after it developed stick drift. Spent a fair bit of time shopping around before stumbling across this company. They offer a huge array of designs, but I opted for a plain purpley/blue one.
Price wise, they were among the cheapest I could find, so placed my order around 12:30 on the 4th of March.
I quickly received a confirmation email, as you'd expect, followed by a second email later that same day informing me my order had been shipped and would be delivered via Royal Mail's 48 hour tracking service.
Sure enough, at 11am on the 6th, less than 2 days after placing my order, I was holding my new PS5 controller in my hand.
It arrived well packaged and in perfect working order.
Goes to show what is achievable by a well organised, efficient seller. Other sellers, please take note.

Avoid, go and buy elsewhere
'As a standard we include 12 month warranty'.
What they don't advise and bury deep in the terms is that you will have to cover the costs of return, then they complete tests and they could deem it fine and you get the faulty item back. The personalisation on the touch pad is causing sensitivity issues and messages can't be typed. Just been told after 30 days they will only repair or replace your item, no refunds given.
The extra you pay isn't worth the hassle for the return when its genuinely faulty. My son wanted a replacement as I had done the controller in his favourite colour, will now firmly want a refund and take my business elsewhere.
Sad as I have used this company before and recommended to friends, I won't be any longer. My advice is go to the high street or somewhere with a warranty that actually counts when the item is faulty.
never in the 15 years he has been gaming has he had a faulty controller when only just out the box.
I am just out of the chargeback window so have no choice but to pay for the return
