Stay away unless you don’t mind waiting a month for your product. Must be products from China

Absolute awful experience. Customer service is terrible. They respond to emails but never actually answer your questions, just talk in circles. Do NOT order from this company!

They haven't sent what I ordered as a Christmas gift. It's been 2 months and every time I emailed asking for an update, I get another excuse. When I requested my money to be refunded as I still don't have the product, I was told it has shipped. I checked with UPS and they don't have the item.
This is a SCAM. DON'T give them your money. I am now seeking legal representation

I ordered two Christmas presents on November 30th and even paid extra to assure delivery by Christmas. I emailed two days before Christmas and was told that they were items that had to be made just for me and that it was taking longer. Two weeks later I emailed and was told they were in production and would be shipped soon. It has now been two weeks since that email. I am going to cancel the order thru paypal. That is the very reason I use paypal. DONT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE.

Run from this site! UPDATE customizedidea does not provide accurate shipping information and takes at least 3-4 weeks to acknowledge items have shipped. The item was not quality and not worth the time waited.

DO NOT order this product or anything from the Company IMO. I would give 0 stars if possible, considering there is a good chance you won't recieve the product you ordered. I ordered a stocking cap being advertised, but the company can not deliver on. It has been over a month since I ordered and the cap is still in 'processing' status with no expected completion date. I requested a refund since the company cannot deliver on a product they are advertising and they are requiring a 30% processing fee for something I haven't even recieved.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Placed an order on December 12th for a Christmas gift. I still have not received it on January 9th. I've emailed the company and they responded that it's a new design and to please be patient. I'm filling a dispute since I have not received the product and cannot get a response with a target ship date.

Placed an order over 30 days ago. No time frame given of when it will be shipped.

Reached out to the company three times now. First time they ask for more time. Second time it’s a new product, takes longer. Third time - I’ve had it! They do not tell you what time timeframe for shipping will be yet they took my payment rather quickly. At no time when I ordered did they post how long it would take to ship, and despite MANY FOLLOW-UPS by me, all they can say is be patient. Still o time frame provided!!

I’m done waiting, Let’s see how quickly I get refunded as I’m canceling the order placed over 30 days ago.

Ordered a hat was dubious given the reviews. Took some time to arrive but as it was personalised and coming to the uk I thought it would take some time.
Arrived after about a month and the product is good quality

How can I give zero stars? Please do not order from this company. I have been waiting for over a month for a gift that was supposed to be delivered before Christmas. I’m going to file a claim with my bank today. This a complete waste of time and money.

Red flags everywhere! I finally had to issue a complaint with my credit card company as they kept sending me fake tracking numbers. (Same number for UPS and purolator) and they sent me a tracking number that said delivered and all I received was a crappy little part of my order that was made incorrectly (the name was backwards). They never tried to correct it until I complained through my credit card company. Do not order from this company they are a fraud.

Ordered a product for Christmas. After 3 weeks I requested an update on my order. I was then questioned "do I mind if it comes after the Holiday?" It is now the 12/24 and it is "still in production" after over a month. I have requested a full refund and now I am not receiving any communication. They do not disclose that the items take months to receive. They fail at communication. I would NEVER recommend ordering from this company.

Ordered Christmas gift (Ice hockey rug) on Dec. 10,2024, it is now Dec.24, 2024 and the package hasn't even shipped!
Horrible and disgusting experience.

I ordered wedding favors on Sept 30th. It is now November 27th and I have yet to receive my order! I chatted with a rep when I was placing my order and they said 2-3 week delivery time. I have inquired multiple times and they keep saying that they'll be happy to cancel and return a portion of what I paid. This company is a complete SCAM!!!

As with the other bad reviews, which I wish I had seen before I ordered, I placed an order for wedding favors over a month before the wedding. With a week to go, they still had not shipped. When I emailed asking about them and if I needed to just cancel the order, I was told I would have to pay a cancellation fee, which I didn't believe was right. They shipped the day of the wedding, which was 11 days ago. As of now, I still do not have the package. I was offered a discount on another product in lieu of a refund. When I refused that, I was offered a 20% refund. For a purchase that is now useless. And the date was right on it. This was a terrible experience.

This place is a complete scam. Ordered in June. They have been telling me that my items shipped on July 3 and there is no tracking number anywhere. Automated responses saying it's on the way. It's a joke but they have $200 of my money.

I placed an order after I read the shipping speed times. Their website says 4-5 business days to process and 7-12 days to ship. Well, It's been over two weeks, and they claim they JUST shipped it. It will not arrive in near enough time. And when you reach out to the company (you cannot email them - they only respond on facebook), they take 2-3 days to reply AND will not help you! Do NOT purchase from this company!

Do not order!! I placed an order 2 1/2 months ago. They message me back on messenger saying ‘patience’ and ‘it’s been shipped but there is no tracking number’. They are a scam so don’t even bother or you will lose your money!

Ordered 2 customized golf ball stamps and not only is the stamp lettering too small, but the ink is not bold enough to be able to read. Horrible responses from their customer service addressing my issues. $50 down the drain!
