Collar and leads arrived promptly and great quality. Wilf has now grown enough to fit the collar and has found it comfy from the beginning.

I expected to wait long time to receive the collars but they came quickly. The colours are lovely and bright. I had one pink and one blue for my two Yorkshire Terriers. I had my telephone number embroiderd on each collar . Very happy with my purchase.

Beautifully made collars and leads. They do take a while to arrive, but that is because they are custom made. The bamboo material is both soft and hard-wearing, the fastenings are good quality and they are overall very good quality.

Excellent service and very good quality collars. My dog loves to play in the woods, so having our details embroidered on his collar is so much better than having a disc which gets lost. Collars are very soft so suitable for all ages and come in lovely colours.

The collar I ordered is good value and quality. The embroidered phone number is very clear.
For the safety of your pet I would recommend all owners to get one of these collars

Really pleased. The collar I ordered is great. What a good idea to have the necessary details embroidered on. Good choice of colours and fonts. Comfortable for pup. Ordered a collar, which was mis-delivered & these people refused to submit a missing parcel claim to Royal Mail, telling me that was my responsibility.....

Sadly Royal Mail will ONLY accept a missing parcel claim from the SENDER.

So effectively I paid this company for nothing in return.

Their "customer service" is a shambles. Would NEVER deal with them again.

Great collars that last. I love that there’s space for pet name and a phone number which saves adding a name tag. Soft and flexible

I purchased a collar for my six month old puppy. It's a beautiful collar. Soft and gentle enough, yet very serviceable. It's extremely well made. Good, strong, quick release buckle and D ring. With the added bonus of the buckle being engraved with his necessary details. Cuts out the need for a disc, which can easily drop off. Can't recommend enough.
