I ordered a dog collar on the understanding it would take 2-3 weeks for delivery. After three weeks there has been no sign of the collar. I contacted via the help email and was told that they couldn't tell me when my order would be ready.

I've tried to find out who "UK Custom Pet Collars" are. There's no such company listed with Companies House. After numerous attempts I was given a business address in London - upon checking I found that there were 143 companies registered to this single address. Clearly the "UK" claim is not correct and refusing to provide company details arouses suspicion.

In summary, money went very quickly but I have no idea if or when my order may turn up and "UK" Custom Pet Collars won't tell me.....

Great service and lovely product.excellent quality collar,this is our 2nd purchase,the first one has lasted years! It would be ideal if all pets had these collars in event of been lost would save so much time and less stress getting in contact with owners.

Over the last few years we have ordered 5 collars from them. Everyone has been perfect and many people comment on how good they look. They are comfortable for the dogs to wear.

I was recommend this company by my sister in law . I needed a light weight collar because I rescued my dog from a person that dragged him around by his collar and he stressed and panted every time I attempted to put a collar on him so I ordered him a personalised light weight collar from this company and safe to say my dog is happy with wearing it!
It’s a quality collar with clear and colourful embroidery. Had a choice of colours too.

I’ve bought loads of these collars. They are soft and comfortable for the dogs so I’m happy for them to wear them all the time. I can’t stand the noise of ID tags so the embroidered details are perfect. Takes a while for them to arrive but it’s worth the wait.

Collar came earlier than expected and was of a good quality and met all my expectations. Good value for money.

It was very easy to order the collars and to add my telephone number. The collars are soft and the dogs love them. This is the third time that I have ordered from Custompetcollars.co.uk and I have also given the website to my friend Angela.

Everything from the description of the collars on the website, ordering, delivery, and customer service was excellent. The finished collars are lovely. The letters,and numerals are clear and neat. They are robustly made and fit nicely. Just perfect!

Beautiful collars at a fab price. Great for agility (no dangly bits ) Second time of buying one for Lexi, as the last one was about 7 years old and had just started to look a bit tatty. So thought I would get a matching one for Lottie, whether she needed it or not !

Bought 2 collars and highly delighted with both they are great quality and exceptional value. Having the details embriodered is so much better they dont fade are are easy to read, not like the tags you have to buy with other collars that either fall off of fade making them unreadable. These are much better and safer especially if you have a dog that wanders off occasionally. I have a rescue dog and wouldnt use anything else cant recommend enough. You will not be disappointed.

I ordered my dog a collar, upon checkout the offered to add a 'matching' lead for £8.50 so I purchased it. On delivery the collar was neon pink and the lead was the magenta purple that I ordered. Customer services fobbed me off with various excuses and refused to refund me!! Scammers and false advertising!! I will not be using again purely for the fact they were not interested in resolving my issue to keep a regular customer happy but they are very happy to pocket your money! They even admitted to other customers raising concerns of the colours not matching! Disgusting morals and customer service when you have an issue.

Took a few weeks to arrive but absolutely worth the wait. Lovely quality product with the name stitched in to the collar. Thanks so much.

I’ve ordered several of these collars over the years for my dogs. Service and quality have always been brilliant. They’re strong, well made and comfortable for the dogs. I live by the sea so my dogs are always in and out of salt water and these collars hold up brilliantly.
