Overall, everything arrived in excellent condition with no issues. The headers, cold air intake, and tires were all in perfect shape, and I’m very satisfied with the quality.

That said, after spending approximately $1,800, I was hoping there might have been some complimentary merchandise included, such as a shirt or sticker.

Nonetheless, I appreciate the great service and product quality—this is exactly why I continue to purchase from your company.

The wheel look great good fit with centering rings but took longer for lugs and rings to show up than the wheels

After researching on their website the wheels and tires I wanted, I called them to make sure I was ordering the correct setup for my car. They made a suggestion on the tire size that worked out better. I received my setup almost a week ahead of the original scheduled delivery time. I highly recommend Custom Offsets!

This can’t be the same company I dealt with. Address is the same though. Crazy how another major review company has over 800 reviews with a 1.6 ranking. Anyway, they are horrible and if a Nick answers the phone hang up. He is a great and cool salesman but after the purchase he is a ghost! Beware, this same company owns four or five different online companies. You can tell because the format is the same on each website. So, you think you are calling around for different quotes when in fact it’s ole Casper. Buy from a reputable dealer not a fly by night company.
