I received 7 packages and 5 packages where broke open not sure if I’m missing anything taking it to 4wheel parts for the install

Experience was almost 5 star worthy! The purchase process of my wheels was super simple, they arrived ahead of time and the delivery man was very helpful and kind. The only issue I had was the wheel weights mounted on the wheels to balance were a cheaper type of wheel weights that have a higher profile compared to most other weights, this caused the weights to rub on my calipers since I order 16" rims. I had a tire shop rebalance with a lower profile weight so not the end of the world. This is something to keep in mind when ordering wheels that will have a tight fit to your braking system.

Ordered a set of wheels and tires that was mounted with tpms sensors in December (it’s now February). I got the wheels and tires on and had a bad wobble. Took to a tire shop to see if they needed rebalancing. They tried to balance and said 3 of the tires were no good. You could see it had a bad hop to them and custom offsets still shipped them like that. If I could see and 3 techs seen custom should have seen no matter what their machine said. I reached out they did refund only the tpms and sent 3 tires. Took those 3 and 1 of the tires were worse than what they shipped them with and shop took back off. I have literally been to the shop 5 yes FIVEEEEE times to try and fix this and have spent around an extra $4-500 mounted and balancing their crap. This last one they wanted me to ship it back before I got another. This is the short version and not even everything I’ve dealt with dealing with them. So my take is take your money to someone local where if you have issues it can actually be taken care of. They will also ask and ask to remove any negative reviews. This is my second time posting one. I told them keep their crappy tires I’ll just get news ones locally. Stay away from them.

I was in a bind (FedEx lost my shipment from a competitor wheel shop) while trying to keep a stalled project going. The sales rep Nickson was able to locate a rim that was no longer being produced and got it to me quickly. He was very knowledgeable about another rim concern regarding offset etc and helped me nail down a style of rim I needed for my truck. This guy is a rockstar and I will definately conside using Custom Offsets again.

Overall a fantastic experience. I got tires and wheels for my truck and they came in on time and already mounted and balanced. Perfect fit and perfect look. I highly recommend Custom Offset.

One center cap is missing and on one wheel the center cap screw holes was drilled out to a much bigger size then the others. Really hoping to get the last center cap soon cause it dont look good without it
