I can’t say enough good things about my experiences with Customer Offsets. In Nov I bought a set for my wife’s truck and Richard helped me got me the answers I needed quickly. Now it’s December had to get another set for my F-350 and the Richard again took the time to get me what I needed. If your looking give them a call you won’t be disappointed, they will find you what you need and get it quickly. I have already referred 4 other coworkers and they all received their tires promptly. Will be returning for all needs.

Top quality products delivered a day sooner than quoted. A simple hassle-free ordering process, relatively fast fulfillment considering the nature of the products, I will definitely order from Custom Offsets in the future.

The experience was so easy from start to finish. I ordered the wrong finish and they helped me get it corrected super fast. The wheels came in and looked perfect. Would definitely come back when I need some more wheels for my other vehicles.

I am overall very pleased with Custom Offsets, my wheel and tire package came packed obviously with care with the way it was packed, the emails that were sent was helpful also and their website answered my questions and the most important part.....they make my truck look so much better. I would recommend for anyone looking to upgrade the look of their truck.

I received the wheels and tires, all that went well. Leif assisted me and provided excellent advice and guidance through the process. The challenge came after delivery. Around 10 of the 32 lug nuts blew their center out during installation. The TPMS sensors will not pair, I paid extra for the sensors AND the pairing device. The vehicle goes into pair mode, but the sensors won't activate. I've called and left 3 messages on the support line asking for assistance, the message said I will receive a call back today, not a single call. I even emailed the info email address, no response. Sales process was great, support after the fact was non existent.

Everything it takes to get tires from custom offsets it easy and they always have fair prices. Ive just got my second set from here, a set of Toyo all country's. They look and feel great!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Custom Offsets has been nothing short of frustrating and unacceptable.

I’ve been dealing with weeks of delays, constantly changing information, and a complete lack of accountability from their team. I paid for expedited shipping, was promised specific delivery dates multiple times, and every single one of those dates has been wrong. Their staff gives different answers each time I reach out, and no one seems to know the actual status of the order.

After waiting far longer than promised, I was told the wheels were “shipping soon,” then “shipping today,” then “shipping later this week,” then finally that transit time might take days longer because of “market conditions.” None of this matches what I was told when I paid for the order — especially when I paid extra for expedited service.

The worst part? My wheels are part of a scheduled and prepaid build appointment, and their constant delays have put that entire project at risk. I trusted their timelines, and they completely failed to meet them. At this point, I’ve spent more time chasing updates than actually enjoying anything I ordered.

If you’re considering buying from Custom Offsets, be prepared for delays, inconsistent communication, and excuses. I will not be ordering from them again, and I would strongly recommend anyone else look elsewhere unless you enjoy being misled and left in the dark.
