Wish I hadn’t ordered

Used a few times without too much of an incident. Usually lots of substitutions though. So I unchecked it for this order.

Toilet cleaner was missing.

Main issue was that I placed an order because of a good deal on coffee pods. Advertised at 72 capsules. Meaning 3 boxes. I ordered 3 of these. So 9 boxes in total, I only rcvd 3. I emailed and told it was my error despite the clear listing stating otherwise. Won’t use again

Customer service SHOCKING.

Customer service SHOCKING.
Placed an order at the beginning of December, had nothing but issues with the delivery attempts. The the entire order never turned up. Nobody contacts you with any help whatsoever. Just ignore your emails hoping you'll stop. I'm £100 down there's been no solution and the lack of communication seem more like blatant THEFT at this point. DONT BOTHER ORDERING ONLINE. I WONT BE MAKING ANY FUTURE PURCHASES
