Cutts of Campden Reviews 

I recently bought a low mileage Fiesta Active from Cutts of Campden and I have to say the garage went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with the car. Peter and the team could not have been more helpful and I am greatful of the efforts they went to. I highly recommend Cutts for their customer service, quality products and excellent aftersales department. Overall a very positive experience.

Absolutely disgusted
I had been using Cutts for the last 5 years because they had been amazing and I trusted them to take my Mustang to them for a service. How wrong could I have been,the dash cam not only caught the service team slagging me off but also caught the guy speeding over 10 miles the speed limit on the test drive 🤬🤬
I took this complaint to the manager and although apology letters were sent to me, I feel I was met with a dismissive and ‘shrug shoulder’ attitude... needless to say I will never be going back.

I bought a used car from them last year and they are honestly fantastic. Unlike other garages, they do not force you to buy anything out of the price range you mention and they do not pester you at all. They take into consideration everything you mention or ask for and the sales team are 100% honest. The service and MOT staff are useful and very quick answering any questions or letting you know what problems may be underlying.
More recently (last week) my parents bought a brand new car from them. Again, they give 5 stars for everything. Julian is always knowledgeable and very honest when answering all questions. We will are definitely buying more Ford cars from this garage in the future if we ever need you. Thank you!

Collected my car after a (free MOT for life) and service. I noticed on the bill there was NO mention of how many hours labour OR how much per hour. This was the 2nd service with them and the bill was over £162 more than the previous year. Before the car went for a service I cleaned/checked all the lights and topped up the screen wash to the top. Yet on getting the car back the washer level was over 1" lower than it went in.....BUT they charged me £0.95 pence for screen wash...blimey how much did they put in. (didn`t get an answer) !!!! The answers I got were, unfortunately we have had complaints about the invoice but we haven`t been able to change it. As for the washer fluid....I can refund the £0.95 and top it up. This wasn`t the point....no mention how much fluid was used, if every car serviced has this added to the bill (nice money maker).
After asking they said the bill was correct and that labour was charged at £130/hr up £10 from the previous year. Their `good will` offer was a £50 voucher off my next service......My advice before booking a service ASK how much it will be AND get a written quote...Doubt if they will get my custom next year.....

Very polite and enthusiastic team, however beware that should a problem arise with your purchase Cutts will obsolve themselves of any responsibility to satisfactorily resolve the issue.
