I've used CV Centre for many years and once again they delivered me a perfect CV within a record breaking fast turnaround time. Communication, understanding and efficiency were excellent. Highly Recommended!!!

I am not happy with this company after a month of going back and fore by messages and emails, providing them with a sample CV and covering letter and the role I wanted to apply for because I couldnt follow the process due to holidays and have the phonecall with specialist nothing happened, then a coulple of weeks later state they could have carried on without the phone call. Make up your mind, I have missed out on a tremendous opportunity !! I have asked for a refund which now they are telling me I cannot have , £200 package ....... I would'nt recommend these at all, they were not proactive and I have missed the deadline to apply for the role
I wanted. I hope this protects others who may look to use them that they are not the best company out there.

Having been out of work for a while now, I was a bit sceptical about using a CV Service, CV Centre was recommended to me by a former colleague, so I took a chance.
Would I get value for the cost ?
Would it actually help me get through the gatekeepers ?
My answers to both are YES, so far it looks to have been a good investment in myself. The CV Writer/Consultant, Claire was excellent and easy to work with, I had opted for the 'full service' , and I was not dissapointed.
My summary of the experience is that , there are services that are similar, some even use Ai to do the work. What you can't beat is an empathic human interaction to get the best results

An intuitive website and responsive service throughout. Consistent communication with the allocated writer enabled the document to be reviewed and revised, producing a final draft in a very short time frame. I appreciated the experience of the writer and input they offered to tailor the CV to my current requirements. An excellent service that I would highly recommend.

I have to admit I was skeptical of using an online service, but within weeks of receiving my new CV and the amendments to my LinkedIn profile I was getting a lot more traction on job applications and interactions with the right recruitment agencies.

If the need arises in the future I will reach out to your team to revise my CV and LinkedIn profile as I know it will be a massive benefit.

They are a scam company. I paid to have my resume re-done and not only has it not gotten through the ATS tracking system but I have had multiple hiring managers and recruiting firms tell me it is out of date and not professional. Also, they used terms like "strategic" and "marketer" 8 times which I obviously had to fix. I have had at least 1,000 jobs reject the resume.

Not worth paying 49.. I have later found many people on fiverr doing the similar job at 25 pounds and that too unlimited changes to the CV based on the job description. I wouldn’t suggest this to anyone.

I recently spent nearly 117 euro on this service. I was not happy with the limited amount of templates they had and also I didn’t feel comfortable collaborating with the person writing my CV. My order number was #1252989. I called their number 3 times and left messages asking to cancel my order and requested a refund. they called me back once despite their phone number stating they would get back to me within 24 hours. Next they told the person who was writing my CV what I had told customer service. I then tried to log a complaint to which they ignored and just set me up with a new CV writer to start a new order #1260712 ( which I did not ask for) I then tried to log another complaint to which the CHIEF SALES ADVISOR replied “Hi Hannah, a partial refund is not possible. Your complaint was logged and this is why I created the new order.
If you do not wish to continue in any capacity then this is the end of the road and we wish you all the best otherwise we're here to help.”

I informed them that they were violating CPC guidelines and have not heard anything back. They took 117 euro of my money without fulfilling the order and they wouldn’t even entertain my complaint. This is beyond the WORST customer service experience I’ve ever experienced. Don’t waste your money with this company. It’s terrible.

I got my CV done from The CV Centre UK, and they did an awesome job. This is the second time i used them for my cv writing services which incldes CV, Cover Letter, and Liknedin Profile update.
They made it look really good and professional. It was easy to work with them, and they listened to what I wanted. I definitely recommend them!
