The response and the quality of output I have received on the two times I have used this service have been phenomenal.

The call with James and the support from Jennifer have been superb.

My challenge was to james was that i wasn't getting past the first selection with my old CV. The first time i used the new CV and the most recent time I used the 2024 CV I have passed ther first selection phases.

I paid for the premium application form and 24hr express upgrade but have got no response whatsoever from the sales team and management about completion date despite multiple attempts to contact them. Really unprofessional of them and would not recommend their services. I want my money back.

They will not tell you but if you don't respond to them in 14 days you will lose your order. A bot will generate and say your order is closed and you can't change anymore. Then if you mention that wasn't mentioned anywhere, then you can change your resume more than once or twice. People get busy, people have other things to do in life. No one should enforce those 14 days inactivity RULE without having client's permission. I have checked everywhere; they never mentioned the 14 days Rule anywhere. Their 1st draft was very bad, they had grammar mistakes, same sounding sentences everywhere. Yes, the template is beautiful but that's it. Don't expect any professional writing from them. If you're happy to pay for template, then you should consider. They are maybe good with general sectors but they are not good with specialized sectors such as cyber security. Sometimes they don't follow their own template like they missed interest or dates which I had to tell them. If you want perfection, they will charge you more for edits and will tell you that their team is busy with current orders but not for you. I guess then you have to pay more so you can have THE TEAM when it is their team who gave you half-finished job. NOT WOTH 95 AUD AT ALL. Half loss money. Pathetic Investment. 100% Satisfaction of what?

Great service with invaluable advise.

I received some valuable advise regarding my CV that totally made sense and it was straight forward advise which I could implement myself.

There are times in life where you just have to get a professional in. I've used the CV Centre more than once. I'm always blown away with the standard of their work. I could never achieve results like theirs myself and consider it not worth the risk with something so important.

I was assigned to Claire and from the very start she was not only knowledgeable but also great at listening to what i was trying to achieve. The work was done at speed (as quickly as these things can be owing to the important nature) and with great communication throughout. What Claire has produced I am more than happy with and I would not hesitate to use her and the services of CV centre going forward.

The writer appointed to me Claire was awesome! She listened, made great suggestions then produced a 90% there resume. A few minor tweaks and a brilliant resume was delivered to me.

What an easy process this was. The only thing I found missing was the phone call that I'd paid for, but I still got a fantastic CV, Covering Letter and LinkedIn profile updates. This was all done within a few days of me handing in my CV and information. I had one minor change on my CV needed but I think it looks a lot better than my previous.
Lets see what happens now. I would definitely suggest using The CV Centre UK and will likely go back to them in the future.
