Live Chat Support is Better Than Some Account Managers
I can say the live chat customer support is great, but some of the account managers are not so great, they ignore messages and take time to respond even during business hours, and whats the point of having an account manager if they will take days to respond or give you wrong broker information and then not apologize for it. The live chat support should be the account managers because clearly they know their story more than some Account managers. Please take your account managers through training before hiring.
