Delivery was very timely
Delivery was very timely delivering same day despite an order being placed at 14:30 local time. Receiver was notified, however, the delivery time was 1 hour more than what was discussed. Scotch tape was used as a means to hold the flower stems together which hurts the flowers. Ribbon is best practice. Flowers were also a little wilted.

We’re sorry to hear that the delivery timing and bouquet presentation did not fully meet your expectations. The delivery was slightly delayed because the recipient requested a change of address, and the new timing was agreed upon directly with them in advance. We understand how important it is to stay within the expected timeframe and appreciate your understanding.
Regarding the bouquet, we carefully reviewed the florist’s photo taken before delivery and can confirm the flowers were fresh at that time. That said, we take your comment about the use of tape seriously and have already instructed the florist to avoid this and use proper ribbon going forward.

Super easy to order flowers from the US to Colombia for my father’s funeral. Even though I couldn’t be there in person I was happy at least my flowers got there with no issues. Prices were very reasonable for the speed of delivery and convenience. Would use again.
