Same Day Bouquet service
I ordered a rose and basket combo with balloons and they were delivered the same day it was ordered, as requested. Its very rare to get service like that at the last minute. But I am glad I ordered this through Cyber-Florist.

They gave the delivery driver the wrong address clear across town. So it was late.
Update- No, the delivery driver called my wife and thats when they found out they had the wrong address. Thank goodness they had the right phone number.

We checked with the local florist, and according to their report, the recipient was contacted in advance to confirm the delivery date and preferred time. The recipient also received multiple text notifications, including a live tracking link when the order was picked up and additional notifications when the delivery was completed.
The driver has confirmed that they rang the doorbell and knocked on the door, but unfortunately did not receive a response. To ensure the flowers were not delayed further, they were carefully left at the location.
Please be assured that the bouquet was wrapped appropriately for the weather, and at the time of delivery the temperature was above freezing, which was suitable for the flowers.

Your flowers died after 3 days... That's not the first time when your contractors in Uzbekistan deliver bad quality flowers. I don't it is worth to work with you in the future.
