Like Graham below - I had absolutely no trouble with this company. But just because of the poor reviews I hesitated to order until I’d phoned them myself - by which time the items I’d ordered were out of stock!

I asked them bluntly about the bad reviews: they said without rancour that some people had unrealistic next-day delivery expectations during COVID. Like everyone else they are a real company with real safety & staffing issues. They also suggested that some orders were created just to trigger their usual promise of next-day delivery or refund. They are essentially a trade distributor, so not very well set up to deal with the type of queries that retail consumers often create.

They tried to find something else to suit me (even waiving price difference), but no luck. So instead a full refund was processed immediately, with no problem.
So - sorry I couldn’t buy from them this time, but wouldn’t hesitate to use again,

I didn't get an email or any kind of confirmation of purchase, even when I emailed them asking for one they didn't send me anything. I asked twice and they just mentioned postage taking longer than usual and ignored my question. Despite paying for 48 hour delivery, it took over a week for my order to arrive. Bad communication, I was worried I had been scammed. Wouldn't ever use this website again.

Tried to place an order on a fairly expensive item,I could'nt have been more polite. The "salesperson" wouldn't check to see if the item was in stock. When I asked about delivery time, he replied "you don't sound like your from here", (what's that to do with anything? I have an accent). Really nasty and surly for no reason. I got off the phone quickly because for some reason this creepy guy was escalating towards a row. Stay away.

I paid for next day delivery on an item 6 days ago. I got an email to say the item had been shipped. I've not received the item. No one is answering my emails or phone calls. I'm so disappointed and have effectively been robbed as I paid for something I haven't received. I'm aware there are postage delays, but if you can't fulfill next day delivery, don't offer it. And please, at least do me the courtesy of replying to me.

Fantastic customer service experience today. After I read negative reviews on trustpilot I was extremely worried as I had made a purchase last night of a new guitar. I contacted Cyberbazar and left an answer phone message, they called me back within 15mins, during the chat they confirmed my purchase and explained the process of delivery. I have to say that the service was awesome and I fell totally reassured since speaking to them. I had no issues ordering online and received the email confirmation of my order promptly, it was only from reading the reviews that I felt worried so I feel it necessary to give a positive review. I have already written one review. However, I may have been a little hasty. The Item I ordered did not arrive on time and was ordered as next day because I planned to use it over the weekend. The fact that it did'nt arrive on time coupled with reading all the "Scam" comments fired me up to review harshly. The parcel has been delivered albeit 3 days late. I am about to go pick it up from my pickup point. Also I received a very apologetic response by phone from a salesperson yesterday. I feel they need to sort the next day problem and also need to communicate better. other than that 3 stars. Just thought I should add. I ordered a Guitar effects pedal. I have it and it works fine. Thought it might give others hope, still waiting for their goods.

I've specifically paid extra for next day delivery, but item arrived much later with no reimbursement. Very poor phone service on top of that.

They’ve sent a product which was dead on arrival. Power supply was missing too.
Not been refunded.
Not sure how such companies are allowed to continue trading..

Ordered on 29th. Paid for next day delivery. Nothing. Have emailed very politely to ask what has happened twice now with no response. Taking up with my bank. Avoid this company.

Amazing service

As all the rest , I ordered some speakers they never came , I emailed no reply then rang and got a very rude bloke said they had warehouse problems .
I then asked for refund and he said he had done it while I was on the phone .
I don’t expect to get it , I will go to my bank an male a claim!
Just never go to this company (if that’s what you can call it )

Charge next day delivery, items doesn't arrive for over a week. when I called to chase up I was told the item had just been posted and that I could get a refund on the next day delivery. Chased up by email, no reply. Phoned and was told the conversation never took place. Avoid.

Wanted next day delivery but never received anything. Emailed the support email I got given in the automated email I got when I purchased the item and have had no response

A scam site. Charged for next-day delivery and never received order.
Had to raise a claim with my credit card.

If you have paid this company money and not received your goods, go to your bank and ask to speak to the Disputes Team. All UK banks will open a dispute with any company that does not deliver the goods, after 15 days since payment was taken. Your bank will refund the total amount to you, and will then proceed to take the issue up with the company. If the company doesn't respond to your bank, they will automatically get fined.

Ordered item Saturday for next day delivery l. Still no item by Wednesday. Phones the company 4 times. During the course of the week and just got fobbed off. This company is a scam dont not trust. I still do not have item or my £160 back. Not sure how to get refund as they have said they have refunded me. Do not use

Ordered a voice duplicator, it said in stock, didn't arrive next day or the day after. Called to be told to call back later, then next call was told "sorry, we went to order it & the price had gone up, so we re-funded you! "
So not only was it not in stock, but they weren't going to charge the advertised price anyway.. AVOID !!!

Never written a review before but felt like I had to. Ordered an item on Tuesday morning and payed for next day delivery. As many others have said this is a complete lie. It’s now Saturday and I’m still awaiting on said item. After a couple of days I emailed them to see where it was and they said they’d just sent it out (not next day) and it would be there the following day. Following day it didn’t turn up (shock). It’s now 4 days on and I’m still chasing it up but not expecting it to arrive anytime soon. Not usually one to moan but when you pay for next day delivery you expect that service (wouldn’t even mind if it was a day after that) and it’s not just the wait, the customer service is appalling, if existent. I chose to buy the product from this company as it was significantly cheaper than elsewhere but wish I’d have read the reviews first. Hopefully someone reads this and spends a bit more elsewhere for a better service. Useless.

I would give them 0 stars, but that’s not an option. I never write online reviews, but Cyberbazar is so bad I felt I needed to. Like everyone else that’s reviewed so far, I thought I was getting next day delivery. After not receiving a confirmation email that my item had shipped after a couple days, I emailed. No response, so the next day I emailed again. The following day I received a response to say it had shipped earlier that day, and I should receive it in a few days! I responded asking for the tracking number that my original order confirmation said I would get. No response. I finally received my item after 10 days from ordering, by which time I had already bought from someone else. I emailed demanding a refund for the purchase price, my “next day delivery” shipping, and my costs to send it back. The refunds email address bounced back, so I sent it again to the sales email address. After a week with no response, I sent a curt mail demanding communication. I received a response saying that they could not refund my shipping, but to send it back to the address and I would receive one for the product. I’ve responded demanding clarification that my “next day delivery” also be refunded on the basis of fraud, and requesting an RMA number. It’s been another week with no response. I’ve just sent another mail. I have little hope. I’ll probably just sell it on eBay. All this hassle to save £3. I’m going to back to my Amazon Prime.

I got five sets of headphones for work which arrived a week late (I was promised next day delivery) after intensly calling. After ordering a product that isn't suitable for what we needed it for (wrong jack) we decided to proceed with a return and refund process, which we never got a reply to - event though we send the headphones back tracked. Won't be ordering from Cyberbazar again.
