Don't believe Next day delivery
Having ordered an item with promise of next day delivery I was disappointed that it didn't arrive next day, or the following. In fact by the third day it hadn't arrived so I emailed the company but had no reply. I waited until the following morning then emailed again. There was a response this time but in capital letters and I quote :'THIS WAS SHIPPED IN THE POST'. No apologies or tracking information at all. When the item eventually arrived, nearly a week later, I noticed that it had been sent second class. I was not amused and will not be using their company again!

Thought i was scammed. But i finally have my latches.
Think i have been scammed :-(
Spent £26 on some latches with next day delivery. Nearly a week later and they have not arrived. I have only just checked for reviews to see if anyone else had problems. Well it looks like the site just takes your money but doesn't send your items. I'm lucky i ONLY spent £26......could have lost hundreds. I'm currently unemployed so that's mega bucks for me at the moment.
UPDATE: My items have arrived! Very late but i have them. I have upped my score to 2 stars since they have arrived. But the seller communication is non existent.

Cyberbazar.co.uk is a scam site
Bought a pair of studio monitors at Xmas. I got them and didn’t like them. I contacted Cyberbazar ( returns dept) the email bounced back , it didn’t exist. I returned the goods and asked for a full refund via email.
They have not given me a refund.
Beware.. don’t send them any money.
