My latest experience: I placed the order Friday afternoon and my new lens was delivered Monday morning.

Cyberphoto is always quick! And I read their blog frequently.

Ordered a camera and memory card in the afternoon and to my surprise I already received a delivery message the day after! Happy with the products and the fast delivery as I ordered the camera for an upcoming trip!

I bought a Google Pixel 6 Pro, and experienced dead pixels.
I send it in, after quite a few ways back and forth and long waiting time since it was a complicated case (Google does not covert Pixel 6 Pro warranty in Sweden for some reason), they reimbursed me in full. I think this is exceptional service.

Restore it to factory settings before sending it in.

Ngl their prices are good and the staff are great and friendly! Great service!

Scam! I ordered a camera and a lens.
They never delivered or even processed y order.
Luckily, I paid through Klarna. However, since Cyberphoto does not cancel the order even now after such a long time, I can see that I owe Klarna almost 28,000 SEK. Cyberphoto never responses. If you want to have an awful experience try it. Otherwise, just avoid them, They are scam. I am surprised seeing they come and reply to comments here as they never reply to you when you have an active order.

Omg, item arrived very quickly and had best price on the market. But what most important is attention to the detail and customer, in my parcel they added gift chocolate which was so sweet and cute, definitely Cyberphoto earned returning customer.

I got chocolate in my packages along with their products, hehe, love it.
Originally I had added 2 products in the same order but I changed my mind about one of the items and they helped me remove it. They asked if I wanted to replace it and I said no because I couldn't find the lens I was looking for at first. After a while I found the lens but since they had already sent out the order, I got a new order placed with the new lens and with the new order I got free shipping anyways :) Great experience.

Great service and fast delivery of good/items in Sweden. I ordered a Manfrotto nx csc bag which was delivered in 2/3 days.

It was also the cheapest of all the vendors.

Ordered an iphone 11 and everything went so smoothly. The shipping was relatively fast and the sour gummy candy was a nice touch.
Their prices are also very competitive. I highly recommend them.

I've bought several items (cameras/lenses) with Cyberphoto, and they are absolutely brilliant. Great prices, excellent customer service, a no-questions asked returns policy and very polite and helpful employees.

They're my new go-to shop for camera equipment - can't recommend them enough.

I have bought a nikon camera in this shop, and received it just within a few days.
Everything is good, I can recommend this shop, from my experience it is an honest store and they have good delivery time.
I would gladly be buying more at this shop, but often other shops propose better prices and more generous discounts.
