Build was fast, customer support was there every step of the way, pc has great money to performance value.

I've always had a great experience with the Cyber Power. My last 2 computers were with Cyber Power. I get a new one about every 10 years, so I splurge and need them to last, and they have never disappointed. The website was easy to go through. The deals are very good, and i am very satisfied with the Result

I ordered a custom gaming PC from CyberPowerPC for approximately $3,000 and paid extra for enhanced build care "pro-wiring".

When the system arrived, I opened the case and immediately heard components rattling inside. The RAM modules were not seated and were loose inside the chassis. In addition, the PCI slot cover door was installed improperly, and one of the RAM slots on the motherboard is physically broken.

This was not minor cosmetic damage, this was clear assembly failure. RAM does not uninstall itself during shipping.

Given the visible damage and loose components, I did not feel comfortable powering the system on. I have zero confidence that the internal components were installed properly.

An RMA has been issued, but I now have to wait an additional two weeks for a replacement on a system that should have been built correctly the first time especially at this price point.

For a $3,000 custom build with paid quality assurance, this level of workmanship is unacceptable.

I expected significantly better. I at least expected something by way of apology. They basically said sucks to suck send it in and wait.

I have purchased several PC's from CyberpowerPC and they have all been great till now. I had a $4,800 PC built for video/photo editing for our newly renovated office in December and am now just setting it up in February. I am getting the blue screen of death so I called and they said to do a windows fresh install, so sure. That didn't work (2 1/2 hours later) so I called back and spoke to the rudest customer service person named George? I felt like I was bothering him?? So I will receive a shipping label in 3 days and it will take 21 days to look it over. Really? Last time I checked you could just email me a prepaid shipping label. Anyways, disappointed and will be my last PC from this company. I guess the moral of the story is CyberPowerPC is great as long as you do not have any issues.

Ordered the most expensive gaming PC that CP offered. My old setup was about 5 years old and still performed, but I wanted something cutting edge. Website layout was straight forward. Email updates through the build were great. All parts were in stock EXCEPT the monitor. I had no idea the monitor was back ordered. Suggest an alert notification on the website. Build time and shipping were all within expectations. Shipping quality and packing were top tier. I've been running this rig for a few weeks now and it's truly been plug and play. Overall, performance is excellent.

My only gripe is the monitor being on back order and not seeing any notification on the CP website. However, CS was exceptional to deal with. Refund was processed within minutes. This is my first PC from CP and so far I'm impressed. 4/5, only negative mark is the monitor situation.

Overall, everything is great, but I would like more high-quality components, such as a motherboard and memory RAM.

Avoid CyberPower – Cheap product, zero accountability

I bought a brand-new CyberPower UPS and it was dead on arrival. It would not power on at all—only constant beeping. I checked the battery connections, charged it for 24 hours, tried a cold start, and followed every troubleshooting step they recommend. Nothing worked.

CyberPower’s response? Refusal to replace the unit or refund my money. Selling a defective product and then denying responsibility is unacceptable.

The build quality feels cheap, the product failed immediately, and customer support was useless. If you’re buying a UPS for protection and reliability, look elsewhere—CyberPower clearly doesn’t stand behind what they sell.

The online build tool was extremely easy to use. It even provided guidance when I needed to upgrade my power supply. Build and ship was very quick and accurate. PC was packaged very well to prevent damage.

Smooth and efficient. My pc was built quick and I received faster than I expected.

I love CyberPowerPC! I used to have a rx580/Ryzen 5 3600 PC from them that I had for several years and never had any issues. So I figured it was time for an upgrade and bought a 9070xt/i7 265k and so far I have not had any issues. CyberPowerPC always have the best quality gaming PCs for the best budget!

Everything worked. Clean. Would have like some of the documentation, like motherboard layout, etc.

This is my second PC from CyberPower PC. My first PC had no issues and was good quality. Their website makes it easy to find a PC with the specifications you need and you have room to customize easily with the click of a mouse. Once your order is received, they are very good at letting you know where your order is in the process. I know when they are building it, testing, etc. and it does not take long for your PC to be delivered to your home.

Pc was built and shipped faster than expected. Absolutely beautiful pc, safely packaged no components were damaged, there was some scratches on the glass but customer service was fantastic and it was really quick and easy to claim warranty for a new glass panel.

The email about having to do a call to sales. I mentioned this is my previous rating. Also no posting of your hours of operation on your voicemail or that it is in PST.

Cyberpower pc has been great, and although I had a mishap during transit (grisly thermal liquid metal compound spilling on to circuitry of the motherboard) these guys did an incredible job with the airflow and wiring when I purchased the professional setup. Would highly recommend them due to there customer service (immediately sent a lable to me for my pcs return and will be on the way back soon) and they are also on the cheaper side when purchasing a pre-made build or custom. They have been exceptionally helpful and understanding with my issue, again would highly recommend them.

Purchase process and pricing was well done and optimal. Issues were with the advertised case fans being a rediculous connection set up that is the equivalent of a modern molex style setup and the lighting being just as silly. They gave no way to control power to the fans to adjust speed so I ended up having to replace all fans so they could connect to a standard motherboard header(Fyi even if I bought a fan controller, the connector style was not standard) in the case, causing the over all price to be inflated. With the inclusion of those fans knowing they would need to be replace means I was not sold a complete PC. They also failed to respond to my inquiry about them, immediately closing it. They do not take constructive criticism and therefore can not be trusted.

This is the second PC I’ve ordered from cyber PC and once again they are amazing! They communicate well and they are prompt we got the PC pretty quick, the set up was easy and the pc is exactly what my daughter needed. Thank you Cyber PC
