All's good right now, plays games very well and all sorts, customer support was very good to me and even with a delay in the delivery due to issues at the production place, they were very keen to keep me up to date. 5/5

It is as good as I expected.
Everything went very properly. Which allows me now to enjoy the new capabilities of the hardware. Some games have gained in appearance after switching from the RX 470 8GB to the RTX 4060, and the BeQuiet Dark 5 performs superbly. Delivery on time. The box was gently damaged despite the warnings on it. fortunately, the hardware inside did not suffer. DPD fails as usual. This is the second equipment from Cyber Power and the previous one did not disappoint me either. I highly recommend the services. Peter

Absolutely great! Arrived a bit quicker than expected and she's a beauty of a PC. Had an issue where I couldn't get signal when first but got sorted when re-seated GPU as it probably got dislodged during delivery. Customer service was great when I emailed in asking about my problem. 5/5.
A very good product, team messaged me to ensure issues were dealt with in building phase, arrived on time.
The product is great after I eventually rebuilt it as the quality control over the building the pc is poor I am still yet to deal with the improperly installed cooler bracket as I will need to remove the board again to deal with most of it was tightened by the hulk him self I imagen there where three board screws cross threaded at the bottom and conveniently there were three replacement short standoffs in the spares box the rear fan lian li was the wrong way and the requested two fans lian li also was asked about the ek fans supplied and we requested that they be replaced with the new lian li and the ek be fitted in the bottom of the case I spent an age swapping everything around cheers
Delivery was very bad.
Their estimated delivery time was exact and any communication was professional every step of the way. 100% recommend.
Really happy with the PC. Bought as a birthday present for my son but didn’t want to buy too cheap and it not be as good. Got a friend to help me adapt what I would need to be a pretty decent set up and I am more than happy with it. Looks great, works great. I also emailed the team as I didn’t know how to get the RGB lights working. They got back to me straight away. I had not realised there was a remote in the bag of extras lol. All in all very happy with the products and would definitely use them again.
Ordered my custom PC and two weeks later it arrived in almost perfect condition, except during delivery the pegs clicking the side panel into place had snapped off. After contacting support they quickly organised to send me out a new side panel for free, which I received only two days later. My PC is working perfectly out of the box, and is cleanly built.
