5* from start to finish. Forgot how much I missed having a capable gaming pc. Researched loads of other pre-build options, but CyberpowerUK came out top for pricewise and quality from existing customer. Kept informed from start to finish even when some of my components caused other issues but that was easily sorted through email and eventually by the assembly team.

The PC works well out of the box and does everything I expected. To be fair, I've no idea if the fan works as apparently I've not pushed the machine hard enough since getting it.

A fantastic computer and experiance. 1) I have now ordered two cutom computers through cyberpower UK (2016 and 2023) and both orders have been handeled quickly and professionally. The computer tracker is also very helpful for those of us who can't help waiting at the door as soon as pushing the order button. 2) In both cases customer service has been exeptional, the team is always on the other end of the phone and availble. Queries are handled persionably and professionally, with the mutual understanding of people who are share a passionate for computers. 3) The package was on time and well packed. No faults, computer turned on first time and has been working flawlessly since. Summary: From my own personal experiance, I would highly recomend this company.

Product was perfect and very quick to be built. Kept me informed at every step even with a build option error i had made during the order. The fixed it and told me about it before i knew it was an issue. My only issue is the delivery service which is nothing to do with the company itself. I never recieved a text or could track my order from DPD and i only got my delivery time after it had been delivered or minutes before so i had no choice to change the delivery slot or contact them. Luckily someone was home to get it. I only worry about dpd because ive had issues with rhem in the past but i am greatful and appreciative of the speed of the build while maintaining quality. Over the moon and will recommend to friends and uae it again in the future

Everything is cool so far. A ryzen 5 5600x rtx 3060 Seems to be decent for the next following years. Delivery was on the promised time. The quality and the build seems really good.
